It is designed for those who lack knowledge about the platform and need help with their configurations. With the tool open, our consultant will assist in transcribing the client's process onto the platform by guiding them through the process. Workise offers the following plans to meet your needs:
- Small (5 hours): Includes 1 hour for Kick-off and Discovery, 3 hours for Implementation, and 1 hour for Questions and closure.
- Medium (8 hours): Includes 1 hour for Kick-off and Discovery, 6 hours for Implementation, and 1 hour for Questions and closure.
- Large (13 hours): Includes 1 hour for Kick-off and Discovery, 10.5 hours for Implementation, and 1.5 hours for Questions and closure.
The guided implementation service is available in Portuguese, English, or Spanish and includes the following:
- Kick-off and Discovery: Alignment between the client and Workise + contextualization of Workise on the processes to be implemented by the client in their environment.
- Implementation sessions: Scheduled sessions where the client will share their screen with the open platform and configure it according to Workise's guidelines.
- Questions and closure: A designated time for the customer to clarify final doubts and conclude the service.
- The Workise consultant is not responsible for platform configuration.
