Overview
As Communications Service Providers (CSPs) embark on rolling out the latest IP/mobile/ fixed/enterprise/ IT Datacenter services, MYCOM OSIs Observability and Predictive Maintenance Solution is an essential capability for CSPs to deliver high network performance leveraging predictive AI-based insights. Offered on-demand from the cloud, pre-integrated with most network deployments the solution bundles MYCOM OSIs groundbreaking AInsights application with its proven, award-winning PM (Performance Management) application PrOptima. The Observability and Predictive Maintenance Solution leverages the award-winning EAA platform, proven at some of the worlds largest, most complex Tier-1 CSP networks. By enabling CSPs to continuously predict the performance of their networks and services, and to proactively identify and resolve problems before they impact their customers, CSPs can save operational costs and MTTx (Mean Time to Identify and Repair problems), other than preventing critical capacity bottlenecks or congestion hotspots. The solution has been specifically designed for small/midsize networks, keeping in mind budget, scale and deployment agility.
