Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Clarium Command Center is priced in three tiers based on your facility's Net Patient Revenue (NPR). You choose the tier that matches your revenue band: Tier 1 for facilities under $2B in NPR, Tier 2 for facilities between $2B and $5B, and Tier 3 for facilities over $5B. Pricing scales with facility size, so larger revenue bands fall into higher tiers. You commit to one tier under a contract. All tiers deliver the same platform; the tier only reflects your revenue category.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does Net Patient Revenue (NPR) mean, and how do I know which tier fits my facility?
Net Patient Revenue is the money your facility collects from patient care after adjustments. Your NPR band sets your tier. Facilities under $2B use Tier 1, those between $2B and $5B use Tier 2, and those over $5B use Tier 3.
If my facility's revenue grows past my tier's NPR band, does my pricing change automatically?
The three tiers are separate contract options tied to your NPR band. Moving to a different tier is not automatic. If your revenue crosses into another band, you would select the matching tier at renewal or by arranging a new contract with the vendor.
Do the tiers differ in features, or only in price?
All three tiers deliver the same platform. The tier reflects your facility's revenue category, not a difference in capabilities. You get the same data unification, AI-powered insights, and workflow automation regardless of which NPR band applies to your facility.
