The Generative AI Readiness Assessment aims to comprehensively evaluate your organization's readiness for adopting Generative AI. It encompasses technical compatibility, organizational capabilities, compliance standards, and potential use cases. Our assessment spans three weeks, utilizing interactive workshops, working sessions, and follow-up meetings tailored to your needs. Throughout this period, we evaluate 8 critical KPIs and provide reports and action plans for AI adoption in the scope of Amazon Bedrock and its deluge of Foundation Models.
Assessment Phases:
Week 1: Kick-off and Inventory
Establish the Generative AI baseline, identify data sources and applications, and set clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
