    What do you like best about the product?
    Was able to shortlist candidates much faster using the impress platform.They also go above and beyond to provide guidance on the set-up and execution of workflows and even offer helpful suggestions on use cases to increase ROI from the platform. Reporting is also robust, visually appealing, insightful, and intuitive.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Not really a dislike but something they can improve is - Dashboard organisation and label management could be better to make candidate selection process easier.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Easier Shortlist, Reduce Turn around time and great candidate experience and feedback.

    What do you like best about the product?
    As a recruiter, I absolutely love the ease and efficiency that impress.ai brings to the recruitment process. What impresses me the most is the platform's intuitive interface which makes it easy to customize each stage of the recruitment process. Also, the platform's real-time engagement capability allows me to interact with candidates seamlessly.
    Moreover, impress.ai mitigates human bias in the recruitment process, ensuring that every candidate is evaluated on their own merits. The platform's AI algorithms also allow me to identify top talent quickly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    As a recruiter who has been using impress.ai for some time, there is very little to dislike about the platform. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer success team is always on hand to help with any issues or questions that I might have.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    impress.ai has been a game-changer for me, as it has solved some of the most pressing recruitment problems that I have faced in the past. Firstly, the platform has saved me a ton of time and effort that I would have otherwise spent on sifting through resumes and scheduling endless candidate interviews.
    impress.ai has helped me to streamline the recruitment process by allowing me to customize the candidate assessment and evaluation process.
    Lastly, impress.ai has helped me to reduce human bias in the recruitment process, which has enabled me to build a more diverse and inclusive talent pool. Overall, the benefits of impress.ai are endless, and I can't recommend it enough.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really appreciate how impress.ai enables me to communicate with candidates quickly and easily, right from the platform. I can also schedule recurring reminders and log notes directly onto their profile, which saves me a lot of time and effort. In my experience, impress.ai is more flexible and user-friendly compared to other platforms I have used in the past.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While I don't have many complaints about impress.ai, there are a few minor things that could be improved. I wish that the notification for incoming messages would pop up similar to my email notifications, and it would be helpful to have a "Do Not Disturb" feature for after-hours communication.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    As a recruiter, it's crucial for me to respond to candidates promptly and efficiently. impress.ai helps me solve that sense of urgency by providing virtual assistant that enables me to communicate with candidates quickly and easily. The ability to schedule reminders helps me stay organized and efficient throughout the entire hiring process. Overall, impress.ai has been a huge benefit to our team and has significantly improved our recruitment efforts.

Customer service officers are very prompt and insightful in returning our queries. It is also very forward-thinking for our candidates to know that we use AI for our selection needs.
