Overview
Chaos Gears delivers modern data platforms on AWS end-to-end: discovery, design, build, integration, production rollout, and ongoing support. We work with customers to consolidate fragmented source systems, move legacy data warehouses (Teradata, Netezza, on-premises Oracle, SQL Server) to AWS, build real-time data streaming and CDC pipelines, and stand up governed lakehouses on Amazon S3 with Apache Iceberg. Every platform runs in the customer's own AWS account, uses open file and transformation formats to minimise lock-in, and is delivered against agreed service levels for data freshness, completeness, and accuracy.
Every deployment is tailored. We design the data model around real consumption use cases, build ingestion and transformation pipelines that work with the customer's actual operational reality, and govern the data with row and column-level access through AWS Lake Formation. Typical use cases include enterprise data warehousing on Amazon Redshift, lakehouse architectures on Amazon S3 with AWS Glue Data Catalog, database migration from on-premises to AWS via AWS DMS, real-time event and clickstream processing on Amazon MSK or Amazon Kinesis, and ML feature stores integrated with Amazon SageMaker. The stack is built on AWS services including Amazon Redshift (provisioned and Serverless), Amazon S3, AWS Glue, AWS DMS, Amazon MSK, Amazon Kinesis Data Streams and Data Firehose, Amazon Athena, Amazon EMR (provisioned and Serverless), AWS Lake Formation, Amazon DataZone, Amazon QuickSight, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, Amazon Aurora and Amazon RDS, AWS IAM, AWS KMS, and Amazon CloudWatch. Open-source tools such as dbt Core, Debezium, and Apache Iceberg are deployed on AWS-managed runtimes (Amazon ECS, AWS Fargate, Amazon MWAA) inside the customer's account so the customer retains operational control. Related AWS Marketplace products (commercial BI tools, data quality and observability tooling) can be layered in where appropriate.

Chaos Gears responds to every buyer inquiry within two business days. After a private offer is accepted, we assign a dedicated project lead and Data Architect who own delivery from discovery through production handover. During delivery, customers receive working-hours support Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET, via email and a shared Slack or Microsoft Teams channel, with response SLAs documented in the Statement of Work.
Post-launch support included with every engagement covers: monitoring of pipeline reliability, data freshness, and cost; bug fixes on Chaos Gears-delivered code during the warranty period; and guidance on tuning Amazon Redshift workloads, dbt models, and governance settings. Extended managed services (24/7 on-call, evolution sprints, new pipelines, additional source systems, BI assets, and dimensional model changes) are available through a follow-on private offer.
For issues related to underlying AWS services, Chaos Gears coordinates escalation with AWS Support on the customer's behalf where required, using our AWS Premier Tier Services Partner standing.
