Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You choose between two independent 12-month subscriptions, each covering a different data set. The App Usage Index subscription tracks mobile app usage metrics like downloads, active users, and time spent. The Consumer Index subscription covers consumer spending data. Both are billed per user on a 12-month term. They are not tiers of one product; you subscribe to each based on which data you need. You can buy either one alone or both together, depending on the market intelligence you want to access.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each subscription bills per user, meaning each individual granted access to the platform counts as one billable user. You subscribe by the number of people in your organization who will use the App Usage Index or Consumer Index data. Both subscriptions count users the same way.
The App Usage Index and Consumer Index subscriptions bill independently. Each carries its own per-user charge over its own 12-month term. Buying both adds the two charges together on your invoice. Neither subscription is a prerequisite for the other, so you can hold one or both.

Vendor refund policy
The minimum period for the use of paid services is one month. If a refund is requested within one month of starting the paid service, the company will deduct the one-month fee (rather than the prorated usage) and refund the balance.
