EU AI Act compliance for non-EU providers: Article 50 transparency, AI system register and the EU authorised representative required by Articles 22 and 54 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Run by Europe Services SE (Prague, since 2014), billed on your AWS invoice.
WHO NEEDS IT
Providers established outside the EU that place AI systems or general-purpose AI models on the EU market fall under the AI Act. Providers of high-risk AI systems (Article 22) and of general-purpose AI models (Article 54) must appoint, by written mandate, an authorised representative established in the Union. Transparency duties under Article 50 apply to chatbots, generated content and deepfakes.
PLANS
AI Transparency: Article 50 transparency notices and disclosures for your AI features.
AI Register + Transparency: everything in Transparency plus a structured register of your AI systems and their risk classification.
AI Act Representative: everything above plus our appointment as your EU authorised representative under Articles 22 and 54.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pick one of three contract options, each billed per unit for 12 months. The options build on each other in scope. AI Transparency - Article 50 AI Act covers transparency notices and disclosures for AI that interacts with people. AI Register + Transparency adds a register of your AI systems with risk classification on top of those transparency duties. AI Act Representative - Articles 22 and 54 is the widest option, adding an EU authorised representative role for providers based outside the Union, priced per model or system. Each option covers a different compliance need, so you choose by role and obligation.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for the AI Act Representative option?
One unit is one AI model or system you ask the representative to cover. If you provide several models from outside the Union, each model or system counts separately. The register and transparency notices for that same system are included in the price.
Does the AI Transparency option include a representative or just the notices?
It covers Article 50 transparency notices and disclosures only. You receive chatbot and AI-content notices in several languages, placement guidance, a dated version record, and a public badge. It does not appoint an authorised representative. For that role, you choose the AI Act Representative option instead.
What happens when my 12-month term ends, and does coverage continue automatically?
Each option bills for a 12-month period. The service runs for that term and renews at a stated renewal rate. You can cancel before each renewal. As authorised representative, the vendor hands documentation to a named successor or holds it for the ten years the law requires.
