Dimensions summary
This listing offers three contract tiers billed annually in advance. Each tier is defined by two capacity limits: the number of product SKUs you can store and the number of user accounts you get. Regular covers 50k SKUs and 20 users. Pro covers 100k SKUs and 50 users. Corporate covers 250k SKUs and 100 users. Pricing scales as those SKU and user limits increase, so you select the tier that matches your product catalog size and team. All tiers cover the same platform capabilities within their capacity limits.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each user account is set up by your Admin user. An account allows only one login at any single time, so accounts are not meant to be shared simultaneously. One machine can be used for different logins at different times. Your tier sets the total number of user accounts you can create.
Each tier caps the number of product SKUs you can store. To exceed that cap, you move to a tier with a higher SKU limit. Your annual price then reflects the new tier. The platform itself is built to scale, but billing is tied to the SKU band you select.
Each tier is fully inclusive, with hosting, storage, and bandwidth built into the annual price. Digital Asset Management is embedded, and import and export channels are unlimited within your tier. Some support is included per plan; if you exceed it, the vendor arranges a separate support plan.
