What do you like best about the product?
I find Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM to be a good PIM and DAM system that's easy to use. I particularly like holding rich product data in it. The product upload into the ERP system is quick and easy, which I find beneficial for my workflow. The initial setup was also easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and edit listings with a high level of detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The turnaround time for how long it takes a change within a listing to appear on the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to segment everything based on customer preferences, which makes it easy to deliver strong personalisation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the good UI of Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM. It's easy to navigate when updating products and although there are guides to help, most things are easy to figure out because of the UI. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to the help of our designated contact from Pimberly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters for searching products could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM to decrease manual changes. It's easy to navigate and update products thanks to the good UI and ease of use.

There may be some limitations on products which the technical team is developing it with the feedback received

E.g. the URL link for images that the system will not auto check for the URL link if working or not via mass data uploading process.
E.g. Multi users from customer organisation and Pimberly can only register one and add other users in the background (which is not visible to the Manager but working on it if possible going forward)

What do you like best about the product?
I can see if a product is listed on Ice cat, also being able to pull info for products that have marketing data can be very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
When updating products on the cat trees, after i update it will take me all the way back to the top of the screen, i then have to scroll for 5 minutes to find where i was in the list of 1000s of products, please make it so it wont take you to the top every time after updating products, also i would like to be able to move the text box once ive hit update product, so i can see the products line if needed.
