There may be some limitations on products which the technical team is developing it with the feedback received
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E.g. the URL link for images that the system will not auto check for the URL link if working or not via mass data uploading process.
E.g. Multi users from customer organisation and Pimberly can only register one and add other users in the background (which is not visible to the Manager but working on it if possible going forward)

What do you like best about the product?
I can see if a product is listed on Ice cat, also being able to pull info for products that have marketing data can be very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
When updating products on the cat trees, after i update it will take me all the way back to the top of the screen, i then have to scroll for 5 minutes to find where i was in the list of 1000s of products, please make it so it wont take you to the top every time after updating products, also i would like to be able to move the text box once ive hit update product, so i can see the products line if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Once it’s set up, it keeps everything running smoothly and seamlessly. If we hit an occasional issue then their Support Team are always on hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to say much, since it does everything we need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PIMberly stores and disseminates our product enhancement data, including names, descriptions, features, icons, attributes, categorisation, and digital media. We have everything automated, so once the data is imported it’s straightforward to push it out to the website as well as to our customers. You map it like an old-style switchboard, routing the data to wherever it’s needed, and from that point on it just works.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM is. It's solved many of the long-winded issues we previously had, turning them into a much more streamlined and manageable platform. Everything really feels like it opened up a new perspective on how streamlined and flexible it can be. Even though it takes a bit to get used to, every day feels like a school day when you learn something new! I love understanding how things work, and I must admit, I am enjoying it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled to understand a lot of what Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM did because I don't have a very data-driven background. It felt confusing initially and I really thought I wasn’t going to get the hang of it, but over time, as I’m actually using the software, it’s making more and more sense to me. Also, the initial setup was quite manual because of how our data was stored and where, making it difficult to enter the data straightforwardly. It's a little tricky to navigate because there's so much you can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM transformed our data management from a manual, laborious process to a streamlined, flexible, and manageable platform. It solved many long-winded issues we previously faced, opening my eyes to its potential, even though there was a learning curve.
