What do you like best about the product?
PIMBERLY PIM is an easy to use system that allows me to easily create new products and manage existing products in our catalogue. It is also easy for me to bulk import and export data to clean products in bulk allowing for ease of use and speed especially when I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike apart from there should be a way to do a multi code search using Primary SKU'S instead of just on Product ID's. This is because the majority of my colleagues do not use or know the system or PIM ID's so this can cause more work for myself. This is just a small issue that is more of a preference than an actual issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it is solving is allowing to me to speed up the clean up of lots of information sent to us by suppliers regarding the products we list and allowing me to bulk import the data saving me countless hours of doing each product one by one.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed of service that Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM provides, and it makes our website seem seamless and offers our customers a quality experience. Even though it's more our IT department that uses it directly, they’re very pleased with the product.

What do you like best about the product?
All data in one place, which is very useful for data management and keeping control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Works very well for set catalogue products with set part numbers. The system is all specific part number (SKU) based, so difficult if you have multiple options on a product for customers to choose to create something 'bespoke', which multiplies up into thousands of potential part numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto exporting data to websites and customers is good and updating one data source in Pimberly to then auto update many different areas that it is used all at the same time is good.

Its fast and easy to use, made simple for learning to use the basics
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides include, once you've categorised your products, you have to always scroll back to find the product, same for releases, this can be a bit long when you need to scroll down over 1000 products to get back to where your product was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use Pimberly to get product info much faster than requesting it with the vendors

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the customer service being top notch. The system is intuitive and easy to use, making things straightforward for me. I find it amazing how it can store multiple prices and handle very complex workflows. It's great because it allows us to store multiple price points for different tiers based on area or demographics, and it's all kept in one place now. The initial setup was easy, largely thanks to the support from the team.
