What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, Pimberly puts everything we require in 1 easy to access place. It has minimised workload and the team behind it are incredibly helpful, especially at implementation stage and aftercare.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike as the system does exactly what we require of it. The DAM side could do with a little more work as this side feels a little neglected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has minimised our workload by consolidating our data into 1 place - Pimberly now acts like the brain of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM for its configuration flexibility, which lets me set it up in many different ways to meet any requirement. The automation tools are a major plus, saving our product teams hundreds of hours of manual input. The Shopify connector makes it easy to integrate Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM with our e-commerce platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our specific case, there are a few key elements missing from our Shopify channel capability. Specifically, markets and rich text metafield support. Although we have been assured this is on the future roadmap with priority. And the team has been very helpful in identifying workarounds for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM centralizes all our product data and digital assets and distributes them across our digital channels like Shopify, mobile app, and marketplaces. Its configuration flexibility and automation tools save our product teams hundreds of hours of manual input.
