What do you like best about the product?
Centralises product data and makes updates simple and fast. And Makes managing large product catalogues much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some advanced features such as document versioning and direct SharePoint connectivity

It centralises data that was previously scattered, helping reduce inconsistencies and making ownership of product information clearer

Additional AI/Intelligence services should be available to provide the additional Customer Experience, rather than add-ons being an additional cost item

I really like how easy Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM is to use. The user interface is good, making it easy to search for what I need. I appreciate the good use of filters to narrow down results, and the multi-code search feature is quite helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, Pimberly puts everything we require in 1 easy to access place. It has minimised workload and the team behind it are incredibly helpful, especially at implementation stage and aftercare.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike as the system does exactly what we require of it. The DAM side could do with a little more work as this side feels a little neglected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has minimised our workload by consolidating our data into 1 place - Pimberly now acts like the brain of our business.
