What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM serves as our central hub for managing, enriching, and distributing rich product content for digital catalogs and channel partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main area where the platform could improve is in its workflow diagnostic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM solves my issues with manual content distribution and fragmented documentation.

I find the product solved my immense challenge of managing and updating a massive catalog of over 12,000 products.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM combines an intuitive, user-friendly interface with an incredibly flexible data management engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup required a bit of focused effort to design our data architecture and map out our validation work, which is where most of the learning curve sits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM as a source of truth across sales channels. Its intuitive interface helps nontechnical staff manage updates easily, while backend users automate complex data tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the built-in asset versioning functionality and DAM's faceted search in Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM. Being able to upload new asset versions without changing underlying link structures saves countless hours.

The main friction point I experience is filtering for specific products on the PIM side of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM every single day as my primary platform for setting up fresh products and maintaining our existing catalog. The bulk import and export capabilities are easily the most valuable tools in my daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to complain about, but if I had to point out one minor annoyance, it would be the lack of a multicode search using primary SKUs, instead of just internal system product IDs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM saves me from the headache of manually cleaning supplier files, thanks to its bulk import/export capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM for its workflow automation engine. It's a standout feature for me, especially when paired with decision tables and custom data.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick one specific area for improvement, it would definitely be the export processing speeds when handling extremely large heavy datasets. Pushing massive files with deep attribute structures can sometimes lag a bit.

What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best part of Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM is the centralized asset management coupled with the sheer flexibility of its data model.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the interface and general navigation can definitely be a bit clunky and unintuitive at times, especially when I'm jumping between deep attribute screens.
