Centralized Data Access with Minor Navigation Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can export data that I have stored in there, which is really useful for me to see what products are stored whether they're live or not. I also like having access to all five sites' data in one place, and the category mapping helps keep sites consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the right-click and inspect to find the category ID of a category doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM lets us get products live on our website and gives me a clear structure for product details. I can export data to see product status and access all site data in one place, keeping category mapping consistent.
Intuitive PIM That Makes Centralising and Validating Product Data Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really value how easy Pimberly makes it to centralise and enrich product information. The platform feels intuitive and user-friendly, so it’s straightforward to manage, maintain, and update data as needed. The built-in validation rules are particularly helpful too, as they ensure product information is complete, consistent, and ready to go live across all channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data imports and exports could be more seamless. When errors occur during an import, the error messages don’t always appear, and sometimes the system only shows what worked. This makes it difficult to diagnose what went wrong, especially with a large upload file that includes multiple attributes. Also the search bar is very case sensitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly has significantly streamlined our product setup process by bringing all data enrichment tasks into one central platform. What previously required multiple systems and manual steps can now be completed much more efficiently. The built-in validation rules also ensure our product information is complete, consistent, and accurate before going live, which has reduced errors and improved the overall quality of our ecommerce data. Additionally, the introduction of Pimbles (AI) means we can start to /begin looking into the removal of the manual need for copywriters to create content such as product descriptions and similar copy, the webinars that are held will help us to understand how to use this feature properly which is highly beneficial

What do you like best about the product?
I really value Pimberly's flexibility that lets us structure complex product data exactly to our business needs, rather than sticking to a rigid template. The centralized asset management is something I appreciate as it keeps all images and documents linked to the correct SKUs, reducing human errors and increasing consistency. Pimberly eliminates the need to manage product data and digital assets across multiple spreadsheets and disconnected systems, giving us one reliable source of truth. It reduces manual errors, improves data consistency across channels, and speeds up product launches and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface and navigation can feel a bit clunky at times, reporting and analytics could be more flexible, integrations with other systems could be smoother, and bulk operations or automation options could save more time.

I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM to centralize product data and digital assets, eliminating spreadsheets, ensuring data consistency across channels, reducing errors, and speeding up launches. Its flexibility allows us to adapt product data to our needs, and centralized asset management enhances data consistency.
Easy Dataset Management and Amazing Mass Updates
What do you like best about the product?
Datasets are really easy to create and maintain, when dealing with lots of products - also mass updates feature is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have any dislikes; the whole dashboard is great. If I’m being picky, I’d just like to know a bit more about the reporting and how to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue with our dangerous goods data, but we were able to create the necessary logic in the form of a dataset and then implement it in Pimberly.
Powerful Workflows Make Complex Data Transformation Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Complex data transformation is simple using workflows, datasets, and decision tables. We have more than 300 workflows actively cleaning and perfecting our data. Support is proactive and improvements are driven by real user feedback. It feels collaborative, not transactional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Export speeds on very large datasets could improve, however scheduling removes any real operational friction. Just something I would like to see :-)

We previously had everyone working in different ways with little validation, which made the data impossible to trust or reuse.

I appreciate the team and the aftercare provided by Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM. We've never had a bad implementation experience, and our joint customers have always been very happy. The setup process is smooth thanks to their great success team.

Nothing specific comes to mind as of right now, the team has had great feedback from our existing brands.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM is based in the UK, so we have access to a knowledgeable set of experts and feel like we matter to them, rather than being just another client. I appreciate the simple integrations with our Business Management Software and how it outputs to our upcoming new website and eCommerce solutions, meaning the whole data stream is controlled easily from one point. The onboarding team was a great help in organizing and importing our awful and unstructured product data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pimberly DAM could be better and more organized, but we know that this is 'in progress' and will be rolled out shortly. We have an issue limited to a small range of products whereby subscript and superscript values are not able to be inputted at present.

Effortless Product Management and Bulk Data Handling
What do you like best about the product?
PIMBERLY PIM is an easy to use system that allows me to easily create new products and manage existing products in our catalogue. It is also easy for me to bulk import and export data to clean products in bulk allowing for ease of use and speed especially when I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike apart from there should be a way to do a multi code search using Primary SKU'S instead of just on Product ID's. This is because the majority of my colleagues do not use or know the system or PIM ID's so this can cause more work for myself. This is just a small issue that is more of a preference than an actual issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it is solving is allowing to me to speed up the clean up of lots of information sent to us by suppliers regarding the products we list and allowing me to bulk import the data saving me countless hours of doing each product one by one.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed of service that Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM provides, and it makes our website seem seamless and offers our customers a quality experience. Even though it's more our IT department that uses it directly, they’re very pleased with the product.
