Great for Standard Catalogue Products
What do you like best about the product?
All data in one place, which is very useful for data management and keeping control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Works very well for set catalogue products with set part numbers. The system is all specific part number (SKU) based, so difficult if you have multiple options on a product for customers to choose to create something 'bespoke', which multiplies up into thousands of potential part numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto exporting data to websites and customers is good and updating one data source in Pimberly to then auto update many different areas that it is used all at the same time is good.
Fast, Easy, and Perfect for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Its fast and easy to use, made simple for learning to use the basics
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides include, once you've categorised your products, you have to always scroll back to find the product, same for releases, this can be a bit long when you need to scroll down over 1000 products to get back to where your product was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use Pimberly to get product info much faster than requesting it with the vendors

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the customer service being top notch. The system is intuitive and easy to use, making things straightforward for me. I find it amazing how it can store multiple prices and handle very complex workflows. It's great because it allows us to store multiple price points for different tiers based on area or demographics, and it's all kept in one place now. The initial setup was easy, largely thanks to the support from the team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM for catalog management and storing pricing. It solves duplication, manual data entry, and validation issues, allowing us to update multiple systems simultaneously and store multiple price points for our stores efficiently.
Effortless Version Control Streamlines Digital Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
In my role I am responsible for digital asset creation and maintenance, I find the functionality to add versions of images and documents very useful as it saves time on me having to conduct audits on links on the website and updating links to newer versions of the file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I need to look for particular products on PIM in my role and - mostly because of my own infrequency of use of the function - it can take a couple of attempts for me to filter for the products I need, but I acknowledge this is because I don't have to do this regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly helps for efficient digital asset management, saving me time and resources in my line of work. I find the faceted search, allowing filters by file type or uploader, to be particularly useful ways of locating files that need adjusting. Otherwise when I have done product copy on the PIM side I find the bulk import functionality especially time saving.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and straightforward it is to use and understand Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM. The best thing for me is accessing reports easily using the facets and filters to narrow down specific products or product groups and exporting this data. It's really easy and simple for setting me up as a user too.

Nothing currently.

I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM to import and export product reports, manage product information, and upload larger files. It lets me pull reports easily and efficiently using facets and filters, which makes accessing specific product data straightforward.

Intuitive and Powerful Solution for Effortless Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Pimberly is how easy it is to use while still being very powerful. The system is intuitive, so day to day product and asset management is straightforward, even for non-technical users. Improving our data by allowing for easy data management and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike overall. Some areas of the platform have a learning curve at first, particularly when setting up more advanced workflows or data models, but this is largely due to how flexible and powerful the system is. With support and regular use, these areas become much easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly solves the problem of having product information and digital assets spread across multiple systems and spreadsheets. By providing a single source of truth, it ensures our data is accurate, consistent, and easy to manage. This benefits us by saving time on product updates, reducing errors, improving collaboration across teams, and making it easier to distribute product content to multiple channels quickly and confidently.

Its is simple to use, user friendly and very reliable which is exactly what I need when I use this daily

there is nothing that I dislike about PIM

It is allowing us to create, amend and view all products in our system with ease. which is no small feat when we have over 12000 products that need maintaining regularly

The ease of creating product attributes has helped improved our functionality online. The simple workflow creation has been a game changer.

nothing to dislike about the platform, it has changed our business for the better.

Allowing us to manage and maintain detailed product data to create complex B2B ecommerce functionality
Intuitive, Flexible, and Feature-Rich—Empowers Non-Programmers
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive, flexible and feature rich product. It's easy for someone without programming skills to customize. The expansive set of capabilities allows us to accomplish any objective we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a troubleshooting tool to identify where in a workflow the process failed. It would be a great time saving feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Pimberly to provide enhanced product in our eCatalog. This includes product photos, links to spec sheets and other product documentation. We also store discrete product attribute data in Pimberly. This allows us to quickly change or add attribute data to a large number of products quickly and push out to our eCatalog immediately. We have just starting using Pimberly to export product data to share with our channel partners. This was done manually previously, so it's a big time save.
