Workflow Automation Mastery with Stellar Support

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM for its workflow automation engine. It's a standout feature for me, especially when paired with decision tables and custom data.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick one specific area for improvement, it would definitely be the export processing speeds when handling extremely large heavy datasets. Pushing massive files with deep attribute structures can sometimes lag a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM as our central data hub to manage, clean, and transform our product catalog, solving operational chaos and untrustworthy data from siloed teams.

Centralised Product Data Hub with Smooth Integrations and Strong Onboarding

    Reviewed on Jul 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Pimberly is how it provides one central place to manage our product information, product variations and digital assets. Once the platform is configured correctly and users have received training, it is straightforward to navigate and makes maintaining large amounts of product data much more manageable.

The platform has also helped us create a more connected product-data process. Information can flow from Pimberly into Brightpearl and then onwards to our Shopify website, reducing duplicate data entry and helping us keep product information more consistent across systems.

The onboarding and project team were another major strength. They took the time to understand our business, existing product structure and technical requirements, rather than applying a standard approach. Pimberly also supports a good range of integrations with modern ERP and e-commerce platforms, making it well suited to organisations building a more modern and connected infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that the initial setup can be quite complex, especially when working with a large or detailed product structure. A lot of time needs to be invested in mapping attributes, building workflows and testing how data moves between Pimberly, Brightpearl and Shopify.

When an integration issue occurs, it can also take time to identify whether the cause sits within Pimberly, the connected platform or a third-party connector. This can make troubleshooting slower than expected.

The platform is easy to use once everything is configured correctly, but new users still need proper training and clear internal processes. More guided troubleshooting, clearer error messages and greater visibility of integration failures would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly is helping us solve the challenge of managing large amounts of product information across multiple systems. Previously, product data could be held and maintained in different places, which increased the risk of duplication, inconsistencies and manual updates.

Using Pimberly gives us a central source for managing product descriptions, specifications, variants, images and other digital assets. Once the information is approved, it can flow into Brightpearl and onwards to platforms such as Shopify.

This has improved the consistency and accuracy of our product data, reduced repeated data entry and made it easier for different teams to work from the same information. It also gives us a more scalable process for creating new products, maintaining existing ranges and supporting future integrations as our systems continue to develop.

Streamlines Catalog Management with Room for Improvement

    Reviewed on Jul 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM's direct integration with Ice CAT. It's the best part for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface frustrating right after updating a product in a large category grid, like our cat trees list. The initial setup required a lot of heavy lifting on my end because our old product data was completely unorganized and scattered across different formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM to manage our extensive product catalogs, specifically to eliminate the guesswork in tracking down individual product specifications across our massive database.
