Powerful Workflows Make Complex Data Transformation Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Complex data transformation is simple using workflows, datasets, and decision tables. We have more than 300 workflows actively cleaning and perfecting our data. Support is proactive and improvements are driven by real user feedback. It feels collaborative, not transactional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Export speeds on very large datasets could improve, however scheduling removes any real operational friction. Just something I would like to see :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had everyone working in different ways with little validation, which made the data impossible to trust or reuse.
Pimberly gives us a tightly controlled single source of truth, with strong validation rules that ensure data is consistent and always matches our schema.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the team and the aftercare provided by Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM. We've never had a bad implementation experience, and our joint customers have always been very happy. The setup process is smooth thanks to their great success team.

Nothing specific comes to mind as of right now, the team has had great feedback from our existing brands.

I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM to centralize and streamline product data across channels. It enriches technical specifications, enabling better strategic decisions and product discovery tools.

Centralized Product Data Management with Expert Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM is based in the UK, so we have access to a knowledgeable set of experts and feel like we matter to them, rather than being just another client. I appreciate the simple integrations with our Business Management Software and how it outputs to our upcoming new website and eCommerce solutions, meaning the whole data stream is controlled easily from one point. The onboarding team was a great help in organizing and importing our awful and unstructured product data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pimberly DAM could be better and more organized, but we know that this is 'in progress' and will be rolled out shortly. We have an issue limited to a small range of products whereby subscript and superscript values are not able to be inputted at present.

Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM centralizes and controls product data, eliminates unstructured storage, acting as a single source of truth, and simplifies integrations for effortless data management and distribution across platforms.
Effortless Product Management and Bulk Data Handling
What do you like best about the product?
PIMBERLY PIM is an easy to use system that allows me to easily create new products and manage existing products in our catalogue. It is also easy for me to bulk import and export data to clean products in bulk allowing for ease of use and speed especially when I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike apart from there should be a way to do a multi code search using Primary SKU'S instead of just on Product ID's. This is because the majority of my colleagues do not use or know the system or PIM ID's so this can cause more work for myself. This is just a small issue that is more of a preference than an actual issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it is solving is allowing to me to speed up the clean up of lots of information sent to us by suppliers regarding the products we list and allowing me to bulk import the data saving me countless hours of doing each product one by one.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed of service that Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM provides, and it makes our website seem seamless and offers our customers a quality experience. Even though it's more our IT department that uses it directly, they’re very pleased with the product.

Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM helps correlate customer data and understand their search behavior, enhancing our website's efficiency and providing a quality customer experience.
Great for Standard Catalogue Products
What do you like best about the product?
All data in one place, which is very useful for data management and keeping control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Works very well for set catalogue products with set part numbers. The system is all specific part number (SKU) based, so difficult if you have multiple options on a product for customers to choose to create something 'bespoke', which multiplies up into thousands of potential part numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto exporting data to websites and customers is good and updating one data source in Pimberly to then auto update many different areas that it is used all at the same time is good.
Fast, Easy, and Perfect for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Its fast and easy to use, made simple for learning to use the basics
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides include, once you've categorised your products, you have to always scroll back to find the product, same for releases, this can be a bit long when you need to scroll down over 1000 products to get back to where your product was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use Pimberly to get product info much faster than requesting it with the vendors

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the customer service being top notch. The system is intuitive and easy to use, making things straightforward for me. I find it amazing how it can store multiple prices and handle very complex workflows. It's great because it allows us to store multiple price points for different tiers based on area or demographics, and it's all kept in one place now. The initial setup was easy, largely thanks to the support from the team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM for catalog management and storing pricing. It solves duplication, manual data entry, and validation issues, allowing us to update multiple systems simultaneously and store multiple price points for our stores efficiently.
Effortless Version Control Streamlines Digital Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
In my role I am responsible for digital asset creation and maintenance, I find the functionality to add versions of images and documents very useful as it saves time on me having to conduct audits on links on the website and updating links to newer versions of the file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I need to look for particular products on PIM in my role and - mostly because of my own infrequency of use of the function - it can take a couple of attempts for me to filter for the products I need, but I acknowledge this is because I don't have to do this regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly helps for efficient digital asset management, saving me time and resources in my line of work. I find the faceted search, allowing filters by file type or uploader, to be particularly useful ways of locating files that need adjusting. Otherwise when I have done product copy on the PIM side I find the bulk import functionality especially time saving.
