Excellent Support and Welcoming Feedback, But Visual Aids Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The support system is very good and feedback or suggestions are welcomed
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the videos are helpful the visual aides could be improved. A large flow diagram which better illustrates how Schemas, Taxonomy, Lifecycles and Workflows interlink would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently product information is held on various platforms and spreadsheets, the PIM provides one source of truth for convenience and consistency
Easy Integration, Slight Learning Curve with Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, the out of the box API endPoints are easy to understand to integrate Pimberly to an eCommerce system.
What do you dislike about the product?
understanding the workflows was a little tricky

The ability to Host images, DataSets and Taxonomy.
Amazing service, fast implementation!
What do you like best about the product?
Before switching to Pimberly, we were using spreadsheets saved in a shared folder to upload and amend product data. This caused numerous issues like overwriting other peoples' amends and lack of version control or traceability. We sought out Pimberly as they were recommended by another firm, and we were very surprised with how smooth the implementation was. It did take some time to get all of the taxonomy and schema set up, due to the complexity and number of skus we have (over 150k), but once the foundations were in place it was very easy and simple to migrate all our data across from Magento. From this, we were able to build some rules on product title lengths, description depth and also meta data length. Every time we come across any issues with the platform, we messagetheir support email and within 5 minutes we nearly always have a response. Its very impressive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably more of a criticism of a PIM itself as opposed to Pimberly itself, but we have found that, as PIM is a tool external to our Magento store, we do sometimes have issues with changes/amends not pulling through to our website at the first time of asking. This can create some confusion as to what has gone wrong, and it may be that an attribute is incorrect in the PIM or the connection isn't working as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large product catalog, specifically growing and amending those products without the need for multiple excel sheets which can create many issues with overwritten work, lack of traceability and problems with consistency across multiple people's work.
Easy to upload from spreadsheet. Great integration options. Generally a great self-service system

Self-service. You can integrate and setup the system like you want

Sometimes, new functionalities is implemented to early and with to little test with different kind of customers

Enriching products with specs & content. managing channels with different criteria and languages.
Implementation is good, handover is poor
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have everything product related in 1 simple and easy to access place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simple things such as refreshing your page does not refresh the page you are on, instead you are, essentially, taken back to the start. Releasing a new PDS is also a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted all products in one place and the ability to create datasheets on this system, Pimberly meets those needs effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to pull of large amounts of data. The multi search function is a great way of finding multple specifc SKUs (if you a have list) without having to using multple filters and duplicate the work. It is also really quick to upload data. It much quicker get image links without having to search through multiple folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit clunky and it can take too many clicks to find the product/products that you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of consolidating product information that was previously scattered across multiple spreadsheets, email threads, and even stored in people's memories, into a single, centralised location. As customer requests for product information continue to increase, it has become increasingly time-consuming and inefficient to manage everything without a centralised solution.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM is how intuitive and easy to use it is. Managing product information and digital assets is straightforward, which saves a lot of time and reduces errors. Being able to centralise all product data in one place and quickly update or share it across multiple channels is a big advantage. The system is also very customisable, so it adapts well to different business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that the initial setup can be a bit time-consuming, particularly when importing large amounts of product data. Some of the more advanced features also have a learning curve, so new users might need some training to make the most of the system. Overall, though, it’s a reliable and effective platform.

There’s a bit of a learning curve when you first start using Pimberly, especially while getting familiar with its workflows and structure. Some of the initial processes can feel a little repetitive or manual, particularly when setting up templates or configuring product attributes. However, once you become comfortable with the system and understand how everything connects, the experience becomes much smoother. Tasks that once seemed time-consuming quickly become second nature, and the platform proves to be both efficient and highly reliable for day-to-day product data management.

Pimberly is an excellent tool for managing and updating large volumes of product data quickly, accurately, and with minimal effort. It significantly reduces the amount of manual work required by automating repetitive tasks such as data entry, attribute updates, and product categorisation. This automation not only saves valuable time but also helps maintain a high level of consistency across all channels — from the website and catalogues to marketplaces and internal systems. What do you like best about the product?
It makes managing product information across multiple channels much easier and more consistent. You can automate tasks like data enrichment, approvals, and publishing, which saves time and reduces errors. It integrates well with ERPs and streamlining our supply chain and product launches. Having images, videos, and documents tied directly to product records is a huge addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial set up can be quite difficult to get your head around if you have not used a similar system before, however the team are great at helping to on board you with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our product data is now stored in one place. The right departments are handling the right section of new product creation and launches. Customer data requests are now a lot easier to handle.

What do you like best about the product?
I use pim daily and find the lifecycle element on PIM helpful and easy to find out what information is missing for a product to move on, improves communication within teams for unique channel enrichment. I also like the recent activity section, as when mistakes are made its easy to see who made them. The customer service team is excellent, tickets are seen to and sorted quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I have just said I like the recent activity section within pim, recently its become harder to see what has been edited as it shows the ID rather than the name. One thing we use a lot is the tables within pim for size guides, however I find them really un-user friendly, as once you make a mistake, its difficult to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly indigo has made our product set up process quicker, by using the lifecycles and highlighting to users essential information that needs to be filled out to get a product live gets our product onsite quicker. Once we implement the PLM, this will also speed up the process and gives us more time to focus on enriching the data. We are also looking forward to using pimbles to see where that cane save us time and money
