Overview
Deloitte Digital’s service offering helps brands with the selection of a CDP. We will help define the brand’s future state vision, including aspirational capabilities directly and indirectly tied to a CDP. From there, we will work with client teams to document requirements, prioritize uses cases, review data sources, data feeds, systems architecture, current MarTech stack including tools used for hosting environments, campaigns operations, and leverage analytics and insights to prepare for a future CDP Implementation. As a result of this engagement, the brand will be equipped with a prioritized set of use cases, the required capabilities to enable, and a weighted scoring methodology to assess and evaluate potential CDP vendors that can provide those capabilities.
