Vendor refund policy
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of initial subscription if RansomSnare cannot be successfully deployed or activated in their environment. Refund requests are subject to technical review. Renewals and partial term cancellations are non-refundable. To request a refund, customers must contact SecuritySnares support within 30 days of the billing date.
