Collaborative, Transparent Culture That Fuels Fast Growth

    Reviewed on Mar 23, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Opsera fosters a collaborative and innovation-driven work culture where teams are encouraged to take ownership and contribute ideas. There is a strong emphasis on transparency and cross-functional collaboration, which helps align engineering, product, and business teams effectively. The environment feels fast-paced yet supportive, allowing individuals to learn and grow quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing
    learning curve independent thinking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By centralizing these processes, Opsera improves collaboration between teams, reduces manual effort, and increases deployment speed and reliability. From a day-to-day perspective, this translates into better visibility into pipeline performance, fewer operational bottlenecks, and more time to focus on strategic work rather than manual coordination

Bridging the DevOps Gap with Intelligent Automation

    Reviewed on Mar 15, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the ops setup bridges the DevOps gap in our institution, which is a financial service, with intelligent automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and configuration of Opsera required a significant time investment to properly map our Azure and Databricks environment to it. There is a learning curve for optimizing agent behaviors and workflows, taking about two to three weeks before seeing maximum productivity gains. The suggestions made by the AI for complex Databricks job failures sometimes need manual refinements, especially for tasks like custom Spark optimization or unity catalog permissions, which are specific to our financial data governance policies. Additionally, the documentation for advanced Databricks integrations, such as for data live tables and unity catalog, could be more comprehensive. We had to work with support to optimize certain workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opsera allows me to ask in natural language why issues like ETL pipeline failures or deployment bottlenecks happen, instead of sifting through Azure DevOps and Databricks logs. It provides context and actionable recommendations, bridging the DevOps gap with intelligent automation.

Opsera Streamlines CI/CD with Intuitive Automation and Clear Deployment Visibility

    Reviewed on Mar 15, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I had a very positive experience working with the Opsera platform. It offers a well-structured, efficient approach to DevOps automation, especially when it comes to streamlining CI/CD processes and improving deployment visibility across environments. The interface feels intuitive, and its integrations with a range of development and deployment tools make it easier to manage complex release pipelines.

What I particularly value is Opsera’s ability to centralize DevOps workflows while also providing actionable insights through dashboards and reporting. This adds meaningful transparency and helps teams maintain stronger control over deployments and release cycles. The automation capabilities also reduce manual effort, allowing teams to spend more time focused on delivering value.

As for improvements, there’s very little to call out. Occasionally, certain configurations can involve an initial learning curve for new users, but once you’re familiar with the platform, it becomes very efficient to work with. Additional documentation or guided walkthroughs for advanced features could further strengthen the onboarding experience.

Overall, Opsera is a powerful and reliable platform for managing DevOps processes, and I would highly recommend it to teams looking to improve their automation, governance, and deployment efficiency. 🚀
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m still using it, and so far I haven’t found any features I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many organizations use multiple tools like Git, Jenkins, Jira, Sonar, and AWS, which operate in silos. Opsera integrates these tools into one platform so teams can manage the entire DevOps lifecycle from a single place.

Structured, Phase-Based Scans with Clear Rules and a Clean Opsera Devops Agent UI

    Reviewed on Mar 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
    1. It has structured and phase-based flows. Tools like Security Scan, and Architecture Analyzer use clear phases that makes it predictable.
    2. Architecture Analysis is risk-focused and Compliance Analysis is evidence-based.
    3. Security Scan has explicit interaction rules where it spells out " DO NOT assume", and "DO ASK missing parameter". It makes easier for AI to use the tool correctly and avoid wrong defaults.
    4. Opsera Devops Agent UI is clean and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
    1. Opsera Devops Agent UI has scan-history. I was expecting to see local scan results over there. But after running scans using Cursor/Opsera Agent, I did not find any update in scan-history page. It looks like this is an opt-in feature?
    2. Adding more agents focusing on runtime reliability posture will benefit teams already using Opsera and they don’t need to invest in additional 3rd party tools or custom implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    1. Unifying security, compliance, and delivery in one agent - Instead of switching between separate Security Scanners, Compliance Docs, one agent can run everything. It reduces context switches and one place to “ask” for DevOps checks.
    2. Catching issues before they’re committed - This shift-left approach is very productive where developer can fix issue while developing the code and reduces the vulnerability and bad patterns from landing in Prod. It has benefit like fewer “clean up in prod” or “fix in the next sprint” situations.

Efficient Automation with Initial Learning Curve

    Reviewed on Mar 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Opsera for Architecture Analyser, and it's great at mapping our repos without much effort from my side—it just runs and gives me diagrams. I find Opsera helpful for streamlining automation and managing releases more efficiently. It reduces manual tasks and keeps the release process organized. Switching to Opsera has helped us simplify our workflows, and I use it alongside other DevOps tools. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, although there was a small learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features take time to learn, especially the setup. More onboarding help would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opsera mapped our repos without manual input and provided diagrams. It helps reduce manual tasks, keeping the release process organized and managing releases more efficiently.
