To get started with NetAI NMS on AWS Marketplace, please follow these detailed instructions: Launch the AMI: Go to the AWS Marketplace and search for NetAI Core. Select the AMI and launch it as per the standard AWS procedures. Ensure that you allocate and associate an Elastic IP to the instance during the launch process. This is crucial for the product to function correctly.
Initial Setup: After launching the instance, wait for 5-8 minutes to allow all background services to start up. This ensures that the system is fully operational before you begin using it. Once the instance is ready, access the NetAI Core landing page using the Elastic IP address.
Generate License Key: If you do not already have a license key, click on the "Generate License" button on the landing page.
Fill out the required information in the form. Ensure that you provide a valid email address as this is where your license key will be sent. Submit the form and wait for approval. This process may take a few minutes.
Activate License: Once you receive the license key/activation key via email, return to the NetAI Core landing page.
Click on the "Activate License" button. Paste the license key into the provided field and click "Activate." You should now be able to start using NetAI Core after 30sec-1min.
Important Note: If at any time the hardware configuration of the instance changes (e.g., HDD or NIC card), the product will stop working. This is a security measure to ensure the integrity of your license.
To resolve this issue, you will need to contact our support team at info@netai.ai . They will guide you through the necessary steps to restore functionality. Security Group Configuration: Ensure that the security group associated with your instance allows inbound and outbound traffic as specified in the product documentation. Failure to configure the security group correctly will result in the product not working as intended.
