Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This contract pricing has two separate dimensions you buy as units. The first charges for each successfully completed concept analysis, so your cost scales with the number of analyses you run. The second covers access to the platform, including your previous analyses. These are independent options rather than ranked tiers. You pay per analysis for the work itself and separately for ongoing platform access and history. Together they split the usage of running analyses from the access that lets you reach results.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit covers a single concept analysis that finishes successfully. The platform turns open-ended consumer responses into numeric KPIs. You pay per analysis, so each additional analysis you run adds one more unit to your cost.
The two dimensions bill independently. One charges per completed analysis, driven by how many you run. The other charges for platform access, including your earlier analyses. Analysis volume drives the first charge. Platform access is a separate line regardless of how many analyses you run.
Yes. The platform access unit covers access to the platform and your previous analyses. This keeps your earlier results reachable. It bills separately from the per-analysis charge, so running new analyses does not change the access cost.

Vendor refund policy
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Prepaid contract fees are non-refundable once Vision is provisioned, except for confirmed MAD Research service failures that prevent use. PAYG charges for successful jobs are non-refundable unless caused by billing, metering, or platform error. Refunds are processed through AWS Marketplace.
