You get identity lifecycle automation, authorization models, workflow approvals, rights certification, single sign-on, and risk-based authentication. Reporting and audit tools are included. All capabilities run on one shared SaaS foundation.
Billing is identity-based, so your cost tracks the number of identities you manage above 1000. As you onboard more employees, partners, customers, or non-human accounts, your managed total rises and cost scales with it. Removing accounts reduces the count that drives your bill.

Vendor refund policy
All orders are firm and non-cancellable. All fees and amounts due for the Services are non-refundable. Subscriptions are entered into for an initial fixed term of three (3) years.
