Mobile Verify® helps organizations verify identities across digital onboarding, KYC, step-up authentication, and reverification while reducing fraud and customer friction. Combining automated document verification, facial biometric matching, passive liveness detection, and AI-powered fraud detection, Mobile Verify enables fast, trusted identity verification. Built for financial institutions, fintechs, telecom providers, insurers, and other regulated enterprises, the solution integrates easily through REST APIs and SDKs.
AI has fundamentally changed the identity fraud landscape. Deepfakes, injection attacks, synthetic identities, and fraudulent document templates are making it easier for fraudsters to bypass traditional identity verification. At the same time, organizations can't afford to create unnecessary friction that slows onboarding, reduces approval rates, or drives away legitimate customers.
Mobile Verify by Mitek helps organizations solve both challenges. Designed for identity proofing across the customer lifecycle - from digital onboarding and Know Your Customer (KYC) to step-up verification and reverification - Mobile Verify helps organizations verify legitimate customers quickly and accurately while reducing identity fraud and improving customer experience.
Trusted by many of the world's leading financial institutions, as well as telecommunications providers, fintechs, insurers, and other regulated enterprises, Mobile Verify combines automated document verification, facial biometric matching, and passive liveness detection to deliver fast, secure identity verification across mobile and web experiences.
Organizations can further strengthen protection by adding Digital Fraud Defender, a suite of advanced fraud detection capabilities designed to detect AI-enabled threats, including deepfakes, injection attacks, synthetic identities, and fraudulent document templates.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Mobile Verify is sold through a single pricing dimension based on units. You do not pick from set tiers or plans on the Marketplace. Instead, you request a private offer, and pricing is set to match your custom needs. This unit-based model measures usage by identity verification requests. It scales with the volume of verifications you run and can adapt across regions as your needs grow. To get exact pricing, you work directly with the vendor to agree terms that fit your expected request volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for Mobile Verify billing?
A unit maps to one identity verification request. Each time you submit a customer through a verification journey, that request is counted. Journeys can combine document validation, facial biometrics, liveness detection, and database checks, but the request is the billing unit that meters your usage.
How does my cost change as verification volume grows or expands to new regions?
Cost scales with the number of verification requests you run. As you onboard more customers, your request count rises and your usage-based charges follow. The service also supports expansion across geographies, so added regions increase request volume rather than changing the billing unit itself.
Are reverification checks on existing customers billed the same as onboarding checks?
Both onboarding and later lifecycle actions run as verification requests. When an existing customer triggers reverification, such as an address change or high-risk action, that check counts as a request too. The billing unit stays the same whether the request happens at onboarding or afterward.
