Platform Security
All API communication between WordPress sites and the WP Suite platform uses TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. The platform is built on AWS infrastructure.
Live Deployments
WP Suite powers production sites today, including adaptiverecognition.com (published to S3/CloudFront via Static Publisher) and carmencloud.com (full stack deployment).
Important Notes
Plugins are installed and configured separately on each WordPress site. Some advanced features require customer-configured AWS services and may incur additional AWS charges. This subscription does not include WordPress hosting, managed AWS infrastructure, or custom development services.

This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Vendor refund policy
WP Suite Agency includes a free trial so customers can evaluate before paid billing begins. Paid charges are non-refundable except where required by AWS Marketplace policies or applicable law. Refunds may be considered only for verified billing or entitlement errors, or unresolved material access issues. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund prior charges. Customer Responsibilities
Customer-owned WordPress hosting, custom theme or plugin development, third-party services, AWS infrastructure outside WP Suite-supported deployment flows, and production operations remain the customer's responsibility unless covered by a separate professional services agreement.
