Your company gets finished apps that staff use through APIs, Claude, ChatGPT, or the systems they already use.
On the canvas, your builders turn complete business jobs such as invoice intake, ticket triage, lead scoring, and contract renewal checks into workflows that use Bedrock, your data, and your AWS resources.
Packages provide finished apps for CRM, project management, accounts payable, support, people ops, contracts, and other business functions. Installing a package creates its workflows and provisions the AWS resources behind them. Your builders adapt the app to your policies and processes instead of starting from scratch.
Related workflows become an app in API Studio. Each app has an API with authentication, rate limits, generated documentation, and version control for building and publishing.
One MCP server sits across the entire workspace, making every published app available in Claude, ChatGPT, or your chatbot of choice.
AWS Monitoring enables Security Hub and Config in your connected account so you can identify failed controls and approve fixes before your automations run on them.

These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Ghostrun uses two independent pricing dimensions that combine on your AWS bill. Builder seats are billed per seat each month, covering the people who design workflows. Workflow runs are billed per successful run, so this cost scales with how often your live workflows execute. Seats give you fixed monthly staffing cost, while runs give you variable usage-based cost. You pay for both together: seats for the builders, runs for the automation activity they produce. There are no tiers or size options; you scale by adding seats or by running more workflows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A run is one execution of a workflow you built on the canvas. You are charged only when the run completes successfully. A workflow can be triggered manually, or called by another system through an API Studio app that names the workflow. Failed runs are not billed.
A builder seat covers a person who designs and edits workflows on the canvas. Seats are billed per person each month. People who only trigger live workflows through an API app do not need a builder seat. You add seats as more people build workflows.
No. The seat and run prices cover Ghostrun only. Workflows run in your own account and use your S3, SQS, DynamoDB, and Bedrock resources. Bedrock token costs and other AWS resource charges are separate. The Usage view shows spend, run counts, and tokens by app and workflow.
