This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges apply for custom operational agents. Every user login, flow modification, and data access event is logged and monitored. Includes real-time pipeline health dashboard, automated SSL provisioning, and flow performance alerts.
GigaOps Access Auditor delivers a production-ready Apache NiFi deployment with integrated access control monitoring built by Gigabits. Unlike a bare NiFi installation, it provides continuous security logging and compliance-ready audit trails from launch.
Key Features:
Access Auditor: Logs every user login, flow modification, and data access event with timestamps and source IPs.
Pipeline Health Dashboard: Real-time processor status, queue depths, backpressure, and throughput metrics.
Automated SSL/TLS: Provisions and rotates TLS certificates automatically.
Flow Performance Alerts: Notifies when processors stall, queues exceed capacity, or error rates spike.
Secure Defaults: Root disabled, firewall configured, NiFi authentication enforced on first boot.
One-Command Diagnostics: Run gigaops report for a complete system health summary.
Ideal For: Data engineering teams running ETL pipelines, IoT ingestion, or log aggregation who need access auditing and operational visibility.
Highlights
Access control auditing for Apache NiFi. Every user login, flow modification, and data access event is logged with timestamps and source IPs for compliance-ready audit trails.
Real-time pipeline health dashboard shows processor status, queue depths, and throughput for your NiFi data flows. Alerts trigger when processors stall or queues exceed capacity.
Automated SSL/TLS provisioning and rotation. Apache NiFi deployed with authentication enforced, root disabled, and firewall hardened on first boot. Production-ready in minutes.

You pay by the hour for this software, billed per running instance. Pricing is tied directly to the AWS EC2 instance type you choose to run it on. Each dimension maps to one instance size, so the hourly rate scales with the compute capacity of that instance. Smaller instances carry lower hourly rates, while larger compute, memory, storage, and GPU-focused instances cost more. You select the instance that fits your workload and pay only for the hours it runs. There is no upfront commitment, and you can change instance sizes as your needs change.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What am I actually paying for with this hourly software charge?
You pay a software fee for the pre-configured Apache NiFi with Access Auditor image running on your chosen instance. This is billed per running instance-hour and is separate from the underlying AWS compute cost for the EC2 instance you launch it on.
Am I charged when my instance is stopped or paused?
The software fee meters running time only. When you stop the instance, the hourly software charge stops. Stopped instances may still incur AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but those are separate from the software charge covered here. You pay only for the hours the instance runs.
Does the hourly rate change if I switch to a different instance size?
Yes. Each dimension maps to one EC2 instance type, and the hourly rate follows that instance. If you move to a compute, memory, storage, or GPU instance with more capacity, the rate changes to match. There is no upfront commitment, so you can switch as needed.
