Slalom Knowledge Mining is an adaptable solution which can be tailored to customer requirements / intended outcomes to allow gaining insight into unstructured data at scale. From a business perspective the solution has a fast path to value and allows for easily customizing and extending the data sources. The technical perspective is formed by a framework approach, that combines application code, Infrastructure as Code and technical foundations like pipelines, data encryption and observability (logging).

There are three phases:

*Ingest: Acquire, pre-process, transform and store unstructured data in a secure AWS storage. By using existing connectors, you can quickly process broad range of inputs (for e.g. PDF, Word, Excel), databases and data warehouses

*Understand: We use leading Large Language Models (LLMs) to automatically extract valuable insights from unstructured data and enrich decision-making. Capitalise on LLMs to perform semantic searches, follow instructions, and execute simple reasoning.

*Act: Enable your team to focus on high-value tasks with better and faster decision-making. Analyse insights generated by LLMs and leverage established business intelligence, AI-driven chatbots, or voice command for a human experience.
