    Vendor refund policy

    Unsatisfied Customer Returns. Customer may return any Product for any reason provided it satisfies the following conditions:1. Customer must request a Return Materials Authorization ('RMA') from Rhombus (or the Partner through whom it purchased the Products) within 60 days of the date the Product was originally shipped by Rhombus; 2. Once the RMA is provided by Rhombus, Customer must return the Product to Rhombus within 30 days of receiving the RMA.

You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

    Rhombus Systems devices come standard with automatic firmware updates. There is no need to ever have to worry about security vulnerabilities or updating firmware. Everything is done automatically and is fully tested before release for security and stability.

    You can reach us by phone at +1-877-746-6797 Option 2. If someone doesn't answer, please leave a message. If you leave a voicemail, a support representative will return your call as quickly as possible.

    Ticket submission is processed 24/7/365. Our support business hours are from 4am to 8pm PST M-F and 9am to 5pm PST S-S. Our agents are committed to replying to all requests as quickly as humanly possible. Our average email response time is 18 minutes and our phone lines are staffed with knowledgeable engineers ready to assist. The only exceptions to the aforementioned commitments would be on federal holidays, where our response times may be slightly longer.

    If you find that you will need assistance outside of business hours, please do not hesitate to submit a support ticket with the timing details of your future needs. Please give us a minimum of 72 hours notice but preferably one week for large projects or after-hours installs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Very user friendly interface and the support after the sale is excellent. We had a little trouble figuring out how to use a couple features and we set up a call with their support and within minutes into the call our question was resolved. It was actually us causing the issue, the fix was very quick and easy, we overcomplicated what we wanted it to do when it was already built in to the software.

    No complaints to date with any of the products so far!
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The ease of getting notifications of people coming in and out of an area during off hours.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I enjoy the fact that I can cut a small video and save it for later. I don't know all the resources it can do for me as of yet, but being able to save the short videos for evidence is a must.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes we experience slow load times. Not sure if it's our system or Rhombus.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We are able to better secure our school building by having eyes on all of our entrances and exits. We are able to go back and review video footage of any incident within our building and see what took place for a better understanding of peer conflicts, bullying, or incidences that may occur within our walls and on our property.

    Rhombus can be an incredible and simplistic format.

    It's overwhelming nature (training overall) and how it can be better taught.

    It's sovling the fear of AI viruses & other endeaverous on the internet randomware ECT.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how easy the interface is, when using it with our company it is extremely easy to train people on how to best use the system and all its features. We use it every day across our multiple buildings and it is great!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish after a certain length of time captured videos were automatically deleted from our system which would make everything move smoother. I do think the update from how we used to be able to search a specific spot on the cameras was way better than how the interface is now. You cant zoom in while searching an area, without the area changing to the zoomed in/out location. Serious investigation can get quite annoying and difficult because of this change.

    Our company uses Rhombus to track people and package movement inside the package rooms and lockers with. our company.
