    Overview

    We offer complete onboarding service that assists our customer when implementing Alteryx. Our team of experienced engineers manage customer's onboarding process for Alteryx like a range of training sessions, knowledge-sharing opportunities to ensure that our customers can operate Alteryx early and smoothly. Specifically we offer a combination of the following services based on customer's situation.

    • Survey on Current Environment: We assess the customer's data-based situation and develop a plan to resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Hands-On Training: We offer hands-on training on Alteryx Designer functions, guiding customers to gain firsthand experience and intensified insight into the platform.
    • Various Training Sessions: We provide various types of training sessions, such as one for developers of Alteryx Designer and one for administrators of Alteryx Server, to enable a systematic learning about Alteryx's features and best practices.
    • Weekly Joint Sessions: We hold weekly joint sessions that include lectures and Q&A sessions covering various aspects of Alteryx usage from data preparation to analytics.

    Our service contract period is 90 days and exclusively available for corporations in Japan. In addition, this service is offered in Japanese only.
