How It Works
- Automated Collection: Collects evidence from your AWS accounts through read-only, least-privilege cross-account roles with ExternalId. All collection activity is visible in your CloudTrail logs.
- Normalization: Raw evidence is normalized into consistent formats, making it straightforward for auditors to review.
- Signing and Integrity: Every evidence package is cryptographically signed and carries integrity metadata, so provenance and chain of custody can be verified at any point after collection.
- Customer Evidence Vault: Evidence is retained in storage you own, in your own account, protected by immutable (WORM) retention policies. You maintain full control.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, or you experience a service issue during your first 30 days, contact us and we will review refund requests case by case.
