Some optimisation suggestions need more context or deeper explanation, which can make decision-making slower for complex environments. The interface could also benefit from more customisation options in workbooks to better fit specific use cases.

visibility on cost center and spend, with better suggestions than anyone else in the market. We tried multiple tools, but this was better.

The best thing about OneLens has to be their support team - they're super quick to help when you need them.
The platform does a great job monitoring cloud costs, and they keep adding new features every week. They group their suggestions by how much work they'll take to implement - makes it really easy to pick which issues to tackle first.
For us, it's been super helpful in spotting resources we don't use much anymore. If you're running multiple AWS accounts, this tool is a real time-saver.

Would love to see anomaly detection added. That'd make it a great ROI tool for us.

OneLens helps us catch cost-related issues before they become expensive problems. It's great at finding blind spots and misconfigurations in our cloud setup that could waste money.
