Engagements cover the full lifecycle: auditing the CX technology stack, identifying use cases, designing and prototyping accelerators, activating them in production, and managing them over time. What's Included: We offer two engagement models for our Agentic Customer Experience Services:
- Project-Based Engagements: Project-based delivery at any stage of your organization’s agentic maturity. Stages include CX technology stack audits, advisory and roadmap development, agentic solution design and prototyping, production activation, and managed services for deployed agentic solutions.
- Agentic CX Transformation Team: An embedded two-person team (Engagement Director and Technology Architect) managing the full Agentic CX lifecycle on a continuous basis, with priorities set by your organization rather than a fixed stage sequence.
Foundational capabilities you gain access to in both engagement models: CX domain expertise, agentic design patterns, LLM integration, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI governance.
Timeline: Project engagements typically run 4-16 weeks per stage. Transformation Team engagements are ongoing.
