Terramate rapidly accelerates Terraform, OpenTofu, and Terragrunt projects with faster pipelines, reduced blast radius, drift and vulnerability detection, full visibility and observability in minutes.
Terramate is an infrastructure orchestration, observability and visibility platform that allows developers to manage infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) at scale. Terramate enables developers to move faster and with confidence by offering an extremely lightweight approach that can be onboarded to any existing IaC project with a single command and without touching any existing configurations. Terramate does not require access to your state backend, code or cloud accounts, which makes it safe and secure to use in any environment. When you start using Terramate, you can adopt it on a per-feature basis, and there's no additional risk because Terramate doesn't inflict any hard lock-in.

You choose from three annual contract tiers that scale by capacity and support level. The Community Plan is free and covers 2 users, 1,000 resources, and 30-day data retention with community support. The Teams Plan adds unlimited users, 5,000 resources, 90-day retention, and a 24-hour support response. The Enterprise Entry Plan raises capacity to 10,000 resources, extends retention to 180 days, shortens support response to 6 hours, and adds single sign-on via SAML 2.0. Each tier entitles you to set usage for the contract term. Custom Enterprise and Teams+ plans with tailored resource and retention limits are available on request.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one resource for the resource limits in each plan?
A resource is any infrastructure item managed and observed by the platform, such as a server, database, or network component defined in your IaC. Your plan caps the total count: 1,000 on Community, 5,000 on Teams, and 10,000 on Enterprise Entry. Custom limits are available on request.
What happens if I reach my plan's resource or user limit?
The Community Plan caps at 2 users and 1,000 resources. The Teams Plan allows unlimited users but caps at 5,000 resources. Additional seats cannot be added to the Teams Plan. If you need more capacity, you move to a higher plan or request a custom Enterprise or Teams+ plan.
How does support differ across the three plans?
The Community Plan uses community support through a public forum with no guaranteed response. The Teams Plan gives email and a dedicated chat channel with a 24-hour response. The Enterprise Entry Plan provides a 6-hour response and single sign-on via SAML 2.0.
