You buy Falcon Cloud through a single pricing dimension based on the number of employees you manage. Pricing scales with your headcount — you pay per employee under a contract term. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose between. As your workforce grows or shrinks, the employee count drives what you pay. This keeps the structure simple: one unit, one rate, applied across the workers you track for attendance, contracts, access control, and payroll integration.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An employee is any worker you track in the platform. Each person has a full profile with basic data, biometrics, contract, role, cost center, and branch. Contractors and temporary staff you manage also count. The employee count you maintain in the system drives what you pay.
Cost scales with your employee headcount. When you add workers, your count rises. When you deactivate a worker, the platform revokes their physical and digital access automatically. Contact the vendor for how mid-term headcount changes are reflected in your contract billing.

Vendor refund policy
All sales are final. Falcon Cloud operates under a contractual, capacity-based subscription model (per active employee). Once a subscription is confirmed and the contract is generated through AWS Marketplace, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for unused employee slots, early contract terminations, or partial billing periods.
