You buy Network for Good through a contract priced by the number of contact records you manage. Tiers step up from up to 1,000 contacts through 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 20,000, 25,000, and 50,000 records. Each tier includes the same core software: donor management, online and peer-to-peer fundraising pages, email and SMS messaging, and events and auctions. Most tiers offer a parallel version that adds the Que Intelligence add-on for AI-powered guidance. If you exceed 15,000 contacts, you contact the vendor for pricing on larger volumes. Pricing rises as your contact count moves into a higher tier.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one contact record for billing purposes?
A contact record is any donor, supporter, or volunteer stored in your donor database. Each person you track counts toward your tier limit. Your tier reflects the total number of these records, not the number of donations, emails, or campaigns you run.
What happens if my contact count grows past my current tier?
You move into the next tier when your records exceed your current limit. The vendor discusses future usage needs with you before any pricing change takes effect. For counts above 15,000, you contact the vendor directly to arrange pricing for larger volumes.
What does the Que Intelligence add-on include compared to a standard tier?
The standard tiers include AI best-practice coaching. The Que Intelligence add-on tiers add features such as personalized coaching, donor segmentation, donor stewardship prompts, email and SMS drafting, and donation page creation. Both share the same contact database and core fundraising tools.

User-Friendly, Searchable Data That Brought Us Back
Reviewed on Jul 22, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and the data is easily searchable. We actually left NFG and recently came back because we were unsatisfied with the software we had switched away to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some components I wish existed. I wish we could create auto tasks without having to use a third party website. I also wish we could easily see our custom fields on a profile without having to click on a button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this stage, I haven't been back into NFG to answer this question well.

Amazing for Small Nonprofits: Great Filters, QuickBooks Integration, and Helpful Support
Reviewed on Jul 15, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect with donors regularly using the filters has been really helpful. The integration with QuickBooks is also useful. Overall, the product performs amazingly well for nonprofits with limited staff, and it makes day-to-day work feel more manageable. The support staff has been very helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. I also use the AI regularly to enhance campaigns and improve emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve only been using the software for a couple of months, so I can’t really speak with any expertise about what issues I might have with it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Donor updates, email blasts, and the ability to thank donors effectively and in a timely way for their donations. I also like being able to see, at a glance, what donors are interested in helping with. It’s helpful to keep all the information in one profile so I don’t have to jump around to find what I need.

An Essential Tool for Managing Donors, Events, and Communications
Reviewed on Jul 08, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I have been very happy with Bonterra Network for Good. The system is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I use it for all aspects of our fundraising, including donations, events, donor communications, reporting, letters, and email campaigns. It is simple to pull reports quickly and access the information I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I wish were more flexible. One limitation is that you cannot easily split a single donation between multiple campaigns. For example, if a donor gives $1,000 and wants to allocate it between two different funds or initiatives, there is not a simple way to record that.
I also wish event sponsorships were better integrated into a donor’s overall giving history. When someone sponsors an event, it is categorized separately and does not appear the same way as a donation, which can make it look like a supporter has not contributed when reviewing donor records.
Bonterra recently added AI features, but they come at an additional cost. I would prefer to see those tools included as part of the platform subscription, especially since many nonprofits are already working within limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network for Good helps us keep all of our fundraising efforts organized in one place. As a small nonprofit with a lean staff, having one system where we can manage donations, events, donor communications, acknowledgements, and reporting saves a tremendous amount of time.
