What do you like best about the product?

The interface is simple, clear, and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

The relationships feature is a little clunky. I wish it would relate accounts in a simpler way and share notes between more than one account that are related.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have thousands of active donors. Bontera NFG helps us stay organized and connected with our donors.

What do you like best about the product?

That it is the most comprehensive all in one system and the price point is very affordable in comparison to others that offer this kind of platform. Specifically the event/ticketing/sponsorship area is great, emailing and other communications work well for our organization and we appreciate that there isn't a cost to text in addition to the service. I also really like the donor tracking, reminders, etc. that are associated with maintaining a good relationship with our donors and community members.

What do you dislike about the product?

The reports are not always consistent and sometimes really confusing on why they pull the information they do or why it is categorized how it is. I would love to see automation available and an opportunity to connect with our current project management system so I'm not balancing multiple to do lists on multiple platforms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Access to grant tracking is one we are excited about as it will add another very usable feature for us.

What do you like best about the product?

NFG is very user friendly and I appreciate the usefulness of Que when I have a question. I am utilizing the Fundraising Pages, Auctions and Events for the first time and really like their ease of use. The donor management is easy to view and get the best reports for our purposes. We have received great feedback from our e-mail blasts as well. For everything we're using, the cost is very affordable. The performance of the software is great and assistance from our representative is always quick and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

As this point, we have not experienced anything that we don't like.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were unable to get all of the services we're using streamlined into one easy location, NFG has solved that and it has been wonderful.

What do you like best about the product?

It's very user friendly and the data is easily searchable. We actually left NFG and recently came back because we were unsatisfied with the software we had switched away to.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are some components I wish existed. I wish we could create auto tasks without having to use a third party website. I also wish we could easily see our custom fields on a profile without having to click on a button.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

At this stage, I haven't been back into NFG to answer this question well.

What do you like best about the product?

Being able to connect with donors regularly using the filters has been really helpful. The integration with QuickBooks is also useful. Overall, the product performs amazingly well for nonprofits with limited staff, and it makes day-to-day work feel more manageable. The support staff has been very helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. I also use the AI regularly to enhance campaigns and improve emails.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’ve only been using the software for a couple of months, so I can’t really speak with any expertise about what issues I might have with it yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Donor updates, email blasts, and the ability to thank donors effectively and in a timely way for their donations. I also like being able to see, at a glance, what donors are interested in helping with. It’s helpful to keep all the information in one profile so I don’t have to jump around to find what I need.

What do you like best about the product?

I have been very happy with Bonterra Network for Good. The system is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I use it for all aspects of our fundraising, including donations, events, donor communications, reporting, letters, and email campaigns. It is simple to pull reports quickly and access the information I need.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are a few features I wish were more flexible. One limitation is that you cannot easily split a single donation between multiple campaigns. For example, if a donor gives $1,000 and wants to allocate it between two different funds or initiatives, there is not a simple way to record that.

I also wish event sponsorships were better integrated into a donor’s overall giving history. When someone sponsors an event, it is categorized separately and does not appear the same way as a donation, which can make it look like a supporter has not contributed when reviewing donor records.

Bonterra recently added AI features, but they come at an additional cost. I would prefer to see those tools included as part of the platform subscription, especially since many nonprofits are already working within limited budgets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Network for Good helps us keep all of our fundraising efforts organized in one place. As a small nonprofit with a lean staff, having one system where we can manage donations, events, donor communications, acknowledgements, and reporting saves a tremendous amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?

It is wonderful for having all of the donations, fundraising, finical satistics in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it is difficult to filter out for statistics that I need.

It is great for making our newsletter, donation pages and tickets for events.

There are alot of limitations on how a fundraising page can look and it's features. Feedback I have gotten from our users is that they want more flexibility in the visual parts of a fundraising page.

What do you like best about the product?

The Network for Good staff are always coming up with new and creative ways to assist us with fundraising. We have been using NFG for about 10 years and rarely have any issues. The system is easy to learn and train other team members. While the pricing has gone up considerably, it is still the most affordable system that does exactly what we need. I haven't experienced any down time with software at all. The fundraising pages are easy to set up as the system walks you through each step. Tutorials are available and done very well.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is a little cumbersome to add a spouse/significant other and link the accounts. It seems to be a manual process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

While it is not a traditional CRM, it works better than any we reviewed. It is nice to have a one stop shop at our fingertips.
