Dimensions summary
This listing offers one contract dimension: the A11y360™ Enterprise All-in-one package, billed by unit. You buy a set quantity of units under a contract term rather than paying for actual usage. Pricing is tied to the number of domains, or licenses, you purchase. Fees are paid annually and in advance. If the number of domains connecting exceeds your purchased licenses, you get invoiced for the overage. You cannot reduce your committed license count during the current term. Add-on volume options for media minutes and document pages exist but are arranged separately with the vendor.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A unit maps to a licensed domain, or website. Each domain must use its own license, and a license cannot be shared across multiple websites. For billing, your license count equals the number of domains connecting to the service. Staging environments may be included alongside production domains.
If the number of domains connecting exceeds your purchased licenses, that gap is treated as an overage. The vendor invoices you for the extra domains at the rates set in your order form. You cannot reduce your committed license count during the current subscription term.
You commit to a set number of licenses under a contract term. Fees are charged per domain based on licenses purchased, not on actual usage, unless usage exceeds your committed quantity. Payment is annual and in advance. This favors continuous, predictable accessibility workloads across your domains.
