A2A Protect is a plug-and-play solution that augments existing fraud controls to detect the most challenging scams affecting consumers. During an industry sponsored Proof of Concept, the technology detected an incremental 33% of scams that made it past existing lines of defense.
The result? Almost £100 million in loss reduction.
Powered by the best performing AI and machine learning models, A2A Protect uses real-time behavioral analytics to profile the customer and their interactions holistically, extracting stronger fraud detection signals from payment data already available.
With protection from day 1, Scam Detect profiles both the inbound and outbound flow of funds, identifying customers moving funds (outbound) to make scam payments or acting as a money mule by receiving funds (inbound).
The solution can be layered on top of existing controls to provide additional protection. Financial institutions can integrate the Protect score into their existing fraud strategy and work alerts in existing case management systems, strengthening their holistic defences against scammers.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Scam Detect pricing is based on a "Minimum Commit" for a particular Annual Transaction Volume Tier. If the Minimum Commit is exceeded, you will be charged for any overage based on the per-transaction rate of the Tier you have purchased. Please contact AWS-Marketplace-Sales-Request@featurespace.com for more information on pricing.
A2A Protect uses a single contract dimension based on your Annual Transaction Volume Tier. You commit to a Minimum Commit for the tier you select. That commitment covers the transactions scored within that volume band over the year. If you exceed your Minimum Commit, you pay overage charges. Each overage transaction is billed at the per-transaction rate tied to your purchased tier. Pricing scales with the transaction volume you expect to process. For tier options and rates, contact the vendor at the listed sales email.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one transaction for billing against my Annual Transaction Volume Tier?
A transaction is a payment event scored by the risk-scoring solution. The service reviews account-to-account payments in real time to detect scams and account takeovers. Each payment sent through the API for scoring counts toward your annual volume. It supports push payments, request-to-pay, QR-based transfers, and wallet transactions.
What happens if my transaction volume goes above my Minimum Commit during the year?
You keep processing transactions without interruption. Any transactions beyond your Minimum Commit are billed as overage. Each overage transaction uses the per-transaction rate tied to the tier you purchased. The rate stays fixed to your chosen tier, so higher volume does not move you to a different rate automatically.
If I do not use my full Minimum Commit, do I still pay the committed amount?
Yes. The Minimum Commit is the amount you agree to pay for your chosen Annual Transaction Volume Tier. It covers transactions scored within that volume band over the year. You pay the committed amount even if you score fewer transactions than the commit allows.
