Overview
ali provides a solution to meet the requirements of the Federal 911 regulation called Ray Baum's Act. This requires Amazon Connect to provide a dispatchable location to the 911 PSAP which includes the agent address as well as additional information such as cube, floor or building number. By capturing the agent address on login, either from a list of known corporate addresses, previously entered address, or a manually entered address using an address validation services, ali ensures any users dialing 911 from Amazon Connect publish the correct dispatchable location. Ray Baum's Act is a regulation that must be followed by corporations, ali addresses that need.
