Multiple redundant servers can be deployed, ensuring continuous visibility of sources even if one server goes down.

You are billed for running the software on a t3.medium EC2 instance. This is a general-purpose AWS instance type with two virtual CPUs and 4 GB of memory. You pay for each hour the instance runs, measured by actual running time.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or idle?
Software charges apply per hour while the t3.medium instance runs. A fully stopped instance does not accrue software fees. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage charges for attached volumes, but the software meters running time only.
What does the NDI Discovery Server actually do once running?
