Vendor refund policy
You're eligible for a full refund if you cancel your SaaS subscription within 72 hours from purchase. Refunds aren't available for subscriptions canceled after the time period specified. For cancellations and refunds after 72 hours, reach out to the ISV who published the offer to request a cancellation and refund. If the cancellation and refund request is approved by the ISV, the ISV will then submit a ticket to enable the cancellation and refund via the marketplace.
