Organized Asset Discovery with Excellent Support, Despite a Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Bynder keeps image tagging organized and helps me find assets faster without clicking through a bunch of folders. It also helps us manage usage rights, so we can tell which assets are available for different teams and vendors. I like the campaign landing pages because I can create a branded look and feel, share assets and style guides in one place, and help the team and our clients stay aligned on consistency. The training and support have been great, too. Sky was thorough and made sure our team was set up, and support responded quickly and followed up when a newer version of the Adobe integration was available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found Bynder a bit of a learning curve, especially moving from Box’s folder system to a non-folder system. The upload process could be clearer and made easier to upload batch assets without having to use a spreadsheet. With our heavy catalog, uploading ads in different ratios can get overwhelming. Ideally I’d like Bynder to recognize the same asset across its different ratios and keep them together, so I don’t have to tag each one or add extra assets individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder solves major pain points with tagging our large image catalog. I can tag by model and set usage rights, so our design and marketing teams and third-party partners know which assets they can use based on vendor.

I like using Bynder because it centralizes our creative assets, streamlines collaboration, and makes it easier for teams to find, organize, and share content efficiently. It creates a more connected workflow across departments, improves asset consistency, and allows our creative team to spend less time managing files and more time creating impactful work.

Bynder requires ongoing organization and maintenance to remain effective. Consistent tagging, categorization, and asset management are essential to keeping the platform organized, searchable, and easy for teams to navigate as the volume of creative content continues to grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder solves the challenge of managing, organizing, and distributing creative assets across multiple teams and departments. It creates a centralized source of truth, making it easier to find the right files, maintain brand consistency, and share approved assets efficiently. This reduces time spent searching for content, minimizes duplicate work, and allows me to focus more on creative direction and production rather than asset management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Bynder’s custom user experience. One system lets different users have different experiences, access what they need, and automate workflows. I use it to organize and store assets across the organization, streamline processes, and create custom landing pages and workflows to keep track of current assets, remove outdated ones, and create new ones. Bynder makes it very easy for us to see who can access and use our assets, helping us maintain consistency and compliance across a large organization. The system is extremely well configured and put together, and the setup was extremely easy. The onboarding managers gave detailed support, took care in answering our questions, and built a system customized for us. That experience was best-in-class.

I use Bynder to organize and store our assets, streamline processes, and manage current, outdated, and new assets with custom landing pages and workflows. Easy Visual Asset Discovery, Tedious Bulk Uploads

What do you like best about the product?
I like Bynder because it seems very user-friendly, and the interface is pretty easy to learn and use. I like that it focuses on visuals, so I can see our product images at a quick glance. I also really like the meta properties and smart tagging, including AI search, because adding metadata helps my team find photos more easily without waiting on me. People can search by a general description or vibe instead of needing the exact SKU or product. The initial setup was pretty easy and streamlined, and the onboarding team was very helpful and accommodating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it tedious and time-consuming to upload assets, especially with over 20,000 photos and multiple file formats for each product. It could be easier to set presets or only see certain tags I use most often based on presets to include in the upload window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder gives us an organized home for our scattered photo library. Its visual interface, metadata, and smart tagging make it easier for my team, including new people, to find assets quickly by general image descriptions instead of exact SKUs, without waiting on me.
