What do you like best about the product?
I really like Bynder's intuitive interface. It's great that there is no folder structure, which makes it much easier to find things using the simple search. Uploading and downloading assets is very straightforward, and I don't have to worry about end users not being able to locate what they're looking for. Explaining how to use Bynder is quick and easy, whether it's about uploading or accessing assets. I also had a great experience with the setup, as it was smooth sailing thanks to our onboarding manager, Carina Krause, who guided us expertly through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that is an issue at this stage, but tags could be suggested upfront based on images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder solves the problem of storing assets and provides availability to a broad audience. It's very intuitive with no folder structure and a simple search, allowing easy upload and download without worrying that users won't find what they need.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything being in the same place. Having the tags is really helpful to be able to click directly through to the exact asset you're looking for. The AI search tool is also great for speed.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Bynder easy to use with a nice, clean, and simple look and feel. The onboarding process is great and the initial setup was super easy and very straightforward, with all training being very detailed. The search features and categories make it much easier to find certain images and assets compared to previous systems. It's a great tool for helping share and store creative assets within the company and externally.

I use Bynder for asset storage, sharing assets, approval levels, and sharing with external parties. It's much better than file systems; search features and categories make finding images and assets easier. It's easy to use, has great onboarding, and the site's clean look and feel are nice.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Bynder's landing pages. They offer a professional and clean template, providing our external vendors with an easy-to-use format to find what they're looking for, which helps maintain organization and professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find sharing out group collections and obtaining data in Bynder could be improved. The initial setup was a bit of an upheaval since we were told the migration would be done by Bynder, but it wasn't.

Bynder helps with organization, professionalism, and strategic insight, offering clean templates for external vendors to easily find needed information.
