Attractive, Intuitive UX with Amazing Onboarding and Proactive Support

What do you like best about the product?
Attractive Front-End, intuitive UX, CXUC, on-boarding with Jacob & Carina was amazing, great support from the beginning, also when it was challenging, proactive & also open to find solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate Finder - when a duplicate gets dedected I do not have a CTA, which allows me to either use the existing, or replace the existing etc. - this would be helpful and further enhance user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offering one single platform for our asset management, easier to find marketing assets, one single stop compared to several SharePoints or other DAMS which where in place before we started

Used it before and using it again -- Bynder is great!

What do you like best about the product?
Great features, robust team (especially around onboarding), easy to use. It's a good looking tool with a lot under the hood. The price is fair against the competition (especially when comparing product/services). Like the new AI search feature -- will be great for stakeholders. Holds lots of assets (we're bringing over about 50K+) and works quickly. I'll be able to connect Slack, Google Drive, and other tools in the future should we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs and less-than-ideal workflows for things like their mass upload tool, but nothing that's a show-stopper. Their support teams are helpful to fill in gaps there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Google drive is NOT a great enterprise solution for storing assets, especially photography. Bynder is fixing the photo issue for us first and foremost.

User-Friendly Asset Overview That Makes Cross-Team Sharing Easy
Reviewed on May 26, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder provides a good overview of assets and is very user friendly. Makes it easy to share across departments and borders and have a flexible user setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexible login structure can make it hard to navigate between colleagues - who should be able to login, who should not. Here an unlimited user structure would be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder makes it easy to share assets across borders and with both internal and external parties. We have eliminated local drives, several cloud structures and are also integrating helpful systems to Bynder in order to truly create a single source of truth.

Easy to Use, and an Amazing Setup Team

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and working with great people to set everything up -- Marissa Eades and Grace Nelson are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mass uploader would be awesome if I didnt have to code every single image-- its overwhelming and is forcing me to upload in small batches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assets are in one place and the search capability and tagging is gold

Easy File Organization and Search Across Multiple Locations

What do you like best about the product?
Files can live in more than one place, while also staying in a single place at the same time. It’s very simple to find what you’re looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s taking a long time to migrate my files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple platform integrations have been a big help, especially since we previously struggled with other platforms that didn’t integrate well with our existing DAM.

Hands-On Onboarding and a Promising DAM for Organising Assets
Reviewed on May 22, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Appreciated the onboarding managers- Carina and Caroline, hand holding and being hands on with our taxonomy structure set up and setting up the DAM for us and ensuring we are on top of it. Really appreciate their patience through the multiple rounds of taxonomy changes. Have not used Bynder as much yet, but the DAM seems like a great way to store all assets
What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder does not have a folder system like sharepoint, which makes it tougher to seggregate all assets- but once will continue working on it, should get habituated as have not worked enough yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping save storage space on sharepoint and external sharing with agencies.

Fast, Responsive UI with Powerful Tagging for Better Team Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag various asset properties will allow our team to easily find assets related to our projects. Often the folder structure of platforms doesn't lend itself for other to find thing easily, and being able to have buckets for different properties is helpful.
I am not a decision-maker so I can't speak to the value we receive for the price but I know it will greatly help our team's collaboration.
UI/UX is relatively fast and responsive.
Onboarding was very helpful and great for real-time feedback on all our questions, Francine was great!
We're looking forward to implementing + using the Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator integration, as we hope that will save time uploading + re-uploading files.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having used a folder structure platform all my life it's been a learning curve learning how Bynder organizes files, so at the moment I'm not sure about what I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have our entire team create and use the same taxonomy for all our assets will be very helpful. Since much of our organization centers on people's health journeys, the ability to have AI recognize and organize photos will be a big time-saver.
Also the ability for non-admins/editors to have basic level access to our files will streamline communications.

Easy Asset Discovery and Fantastic Onboarding with Bynder
Reviewed on May 11, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The filter structure within Bynder makes it incredibly easy to find assets, especially compared with relying on a folder structure. I also really like the preview function, along with related assets and collections—overall, everything is straightforward to locate. Also, Bynder Express and the support onboarding process are fantastic too - special mention to Oceane Muroni who was very helpful and clearly guided us through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t many, but having more best-practice examples from similar industries would have been helpful for the taxonomy and derivatives. We did see a couple, but more would've been great. Also, there are a few add-ons, like CX Omnichannel, which look fantastic but come at an extra cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a single source of truth for the latest, approved brand assets, helping both our internal and external teams stay consistent with brand collateral. Assets are easy to find and use, which should hopefully lead to stronger brand health over time.

Powerful, Flexible DAM with Excellent Onboarding and AI Search
Reviewed on May 05, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is an incredibly capable platform. The interface can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be, which has worked well for our team. With the number of product combinations we manage, it was important for us to tag everything in our images accurately and build automations that support the tagging workflow. Bynder offered those capabilities, and our onboarding agent, Skye Silver, helped build everything out expertly. With over 8,000 assets currently in the bank, the natural-language AI search has also performed extremely well, making it quick and easy to find the right assets, and integrate them into the platforms we use everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of Bynder’s customization options feel a bit archaic and out of date. For instance, they advertise using FontAwesome icons, but they only support up to version 4 (they’re on version 7 now). Reordering SmartFilters is also clunky: instead of being able to drag and drop them like objects, you have to use a numbering system. On top of that, you have to save each individual filter every time you make a change, which makes even small adjustments feel unnecessarily tedious. It also might just be our portal (because of the sheer volume of assets) but the speed of the portal can feel a bit sluggish at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of Bynder for my team is the time it saves us. We’re no longer being asked to track down and resize an asset from two years ago for someone in marketing; they’re fully capable of finding it themselves and downloading exactly what they need. It's all about self-service for us.
