What do you like best about the product?

I love Bynder’s custom user experience. One system lets different users have different experiences, access what they need, and automate workflows. I use it to organize and store assets across the organization, streamline processes, and create custom landing pages and workflows to keep track of current assets, remove outdated ones, and create new ones. Bynder makes it very easy for us to see who can access and use our assets, helping us maintain consistency and compliance across a large organization. The system is extremely well configured and put together, and the setup was extremely easy. The onboarding managers gave detailed support, took care in answering our questions, and built a system customized for us. That experience was best-in-class.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Bynder to organize and store our assets, streamline processes, and manage current, outdated, and new assets with custom landing pages and workflows. Seeing who accesses and uses our collateral makes consistency and compliance across a large organization easier, while users get the access and experience they need.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Bynder because it seems very user-friendly, and the interface is pretty easy to learn and use. I like that it focuses on visuals, so I can see our product images at a quick glance. I also really like the meta properties and smart tagging, including AI search, because adding metadata helps my team find photos more easily without waiting on me. People can search by a general description or vibe instead of needing the exact SKU or product. The initial setup was pretty easy and streamlined, and the onboarding team was very helpful and accommodating.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find it tedious and time-consuming to upload assets, especially with over 20,000 photos and multiple file formats for each product. It could be easier to set presets or only see certain tags I use most often based on presets to include in the upload window.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bynder gives us an organized home for our scattered photo library. Its visual interface, metadata, and smart tagging make it easier for my team, including new people, to find assets quickly by general image descriptions instead of exact SKUs, without waiting on me.

What do you like best about the product?

Bynder supports our needs as a B2B manufacturer by enabling efficient distribution of public-facing assets and seamless integration with platforms such as Drupal. Its intuitive interface benefits both users and administrators, offering advanced AI search, customizable metadata taxonomy, and scalable capabilities as our organization expands its use of the DAM. The system provides a growing library of ready-made solutions for future connections to external systems. The onboarding and support team is responsive, delivering high-quality training, clear communication, and ongoing guidance.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some upgrade pricing models are confusing and may be priced at the higher end of the affordability range for small- to mid-sized companies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization currently relies on a directory-based DAM. Bynder enables us to transition to a non-linear metadata search solution powered by advanced AI, providing a flexible ecosystem that adapts to rapid technological advancements within the Digital Asset Management sphere.

What do you like best about the product?

I love using Bynder for sharing images because it completely eliminates the need for resizing them for use on websites. The fact that everything is gathered in one place means I don't have to worry about where assets are stored, whether on someone's computer or a shared drive. The integration of AI is a huge plus for me, making searching for assets straightforward without sifting through folders. Also, recognizing people automatically through AI is pretty cool and handy, especially for new employees like me. The CX user community is also a valuable resource for readily available information. The initial setup was a breeze, and the onboarding guide Grace was amazing, which made the whole process even smoother.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the UX could be better. When building the CX Community Guides or Landing page, the help bubble covers some of the features. It took me a while to figure that out and move it. I would move the help bubble to another location and/or make it smaller.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bynder centralizes all our approved assets, making it easy to share and find images without resizing them for websites. Its AI integration simplifies searching, so I don't need to navigate folders or know what a person looks like to find assets.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Bynder lets us store all our photos in one place. I also like the AI face feature and how quickly I can search through the photo library. The taxonomy is especially helpful because it’s customizable and lets us get really granular with categories. It’s also useful for our team to have a public collections space that feels professional and is easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike the upload speeds. I never know when a batch of photos, whether small or large, is going to take a huge amount of time. Also, sometimes there’s only a partial upload, and then I don’t know which files actually loaded and which ones I still need to add. On top of that, the onboarding process felt super, super time-consuming. And the price point is very high.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bynder is helping us solve a cataloguing issue. We used to have assets stored all over the place, and things would get lost or forgotten. Sometimes, if a team member left, those assets were effectively lost forever.

What do you like best about the product?

Bynder is incredibly user-friendly for searching assets. I really appreciate just being able to put in a keyword and find exactly what I'm looking for, and having options to narrow it down with several data points is fantastic. The storage capacity is substantial, which is great, and the overall ease of finding images saves us a lot of time. I also love working with our onboarding manager because she’s amazing, takes her time with me, and does one-on-one sessions to help me learn the system. The initial setup of Bynder was very easy, which was a relief. I would definitely recommend Bynder to others, I'm that happy with it.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the mass upload process a bit tricky. I've never written any kind of code like that before, and it feels a bit overwhelming sometimes. But I'm learning with the help of our fantastic onboarding manager, who is really patient and does one-on-one sessions with me. I think I'll get better at it with more practice, especially for handling large batches of images.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bynder solves the hassle of asset searching, making it easy for staff to find images or logos quickly with keyword search, saving significant time.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Bynder to be user-friendly and appreciate its ability to filter by multiple metadata properties to find what I'm looking for quickly. Additionally, Bynder solves our problem of not being able to find assets like logos, photos, and brochures by allowing us to filter and search by tags or keywords much more quickly than previous solutions. Also, the onboarding process was guided by a helpful and responsive onboarding manager, which I appreciated.

What do you dislike about the product?

The AI tagging in Bynder could be improved. Sometimes it's not accurate or tags irrelevant things to our industry. For example, typing in 'lumber' brings up various irrelevant images, including photos from a tradeshow with no lumber in sight. The initial setup of Bynder wasn't "easy," despite having guidance from our onboarding manager. He was helpful and responsive, but it's clear the process has room for improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bynder solves our asset management issues by making it easy to find logos, photos, and videos with filters and tags, much quicker than before.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use interface, good options for customisation and the support and helpfulness of the staff. It is easy to integrate and offers flexibility for teams within the organisation

What do you dislike about the product?

the performance of the load can be a tiny bit clunky at times on load but this is a sporadic issue

Bynder and its use of AI is very useful for us. Them enhancing this further will have major benefit for us going forward.

What I like best about Bynder is having all our creative assets in one central place. It makes it easy to find, organise, and share the right files, helping teams stay aligned and use the latest approved content. It’s particularly useful for keeping creative delivery organised and making collaboration smoother.

What do you dislike about the product?

There’s not much to dislike about Bynder. Feedback is taken into account, and features are regularly improved once issues or suggestions are flagged. There’s always room for small refinements, but it’s reassuring to see the platform evolve in response to users’ needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bynder helps us keep creative assets organised and accessible in one central place, reducing time spent searching for files, sharing delivery links, and checking whether we’re using the latest approved version. Its straightforward interface makes finding and sharing content easier, which supports smoother collaboration across Creative and CRM.

The biggest return for us is time saved and less duplicated work, helping us get more value from the assets we already create. Integrations and AI-assisted discovery offer opportunities to simplify that workflow further, although their value depends on your setup and how you use them. Responsive support and a willingness to act on feedback also help us keep improving the way we work.

Nothing really at the moment. Most of the issues I had were addressed and fixed during training.
