Onboarding Support was Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for admins was a plus for us. Being able to adjust the taxonomy on our side vs. having to go through developers makes updating much easier on our end as our business grows. Additionally, the ability to set permissions on a global scale was an important factor in our decision to move forward with Bynder. We're getting close to pushing Bynder live across our business and up until this point, the implementation process with the Bynder team has gone smoothly. They've been very responsive to our needs and have worked with us as we continue to integrate Bynder with the rest of our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we go through onboarding it would be great if there were a self-service mass upload tool to add users versus having to do so one at a time after the initial buildout. As we build out and extend access to other countries in our business this would be helpful to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is bringing together all of our assets into one platform. We currently have images, video and other content spread across shared drives, a homegrown media portal and on personal hard drives. Moving to Bynder will provide us with a self-service solution for sharing approved assets across our organization globally. Additionally, the available integrations with other systems within our tech stack is a huge bonus for our cross-functional teams.
Excellent Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's organized and simple to work in - in comparison to Canto.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have folders instead of collections - where you can then have folders inside the folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder stores all of our creative assets in an organized way.
It was relatively smooth up until getting stuck on asset migration
What do you like best about the product?
The AI functionalities, along with the search capabilities, are the standout features for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to store working files is a significant drawback. It appears that this platform is intended primarily for final assets, whereas we initially believed it would accommodate both working and final files. Asset workflow by Bynder is also not a workable solution especially for your clients with PM softwares in place. Additionally, the implementation and integration process has not been straightforward. We were not informed about the considerable amount of time needed to migrate assets, which has added to our challenges. A lot of hiccups too when it comes to Google integration which we were not successful with.

Wonderful Onboarding!!
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a user-friendly platform with intuitive functionalities. Our onboarding project leader, Francine Rodriguez Irizarry, was an incredible component of our success. The customer service is outstanding and very communicative. We highly recommend her for organizations. We frequently used the knowledge base and the community forums, and this also helped with implementing our system. Bynder also has many integrations in which we can customize how we interact with the platform and keep consistency across our team workflows. I'm super excited to use Bynder to preserve our assets and elevate our audience engagment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing in our onboarding that would allude to an issue with Bynder. It was clear from the beginning of implementation and conclusion of onboarding that Bynder is the right tool for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have a single-source of truth platform where we can preserve our assets. Through this platform, we are now able to create digital collections that users can search with advance filters. The user experience is much more clean and intuitive than other tools.
Great solution for our needs
What do you like best about the product?
The interface, It looks great. and I have grown to love it I have learnt a lot in the past few years that I would have started differently if I knew better how the taxonomy and permissions worked at the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love being able to automatize my workflow, and to do that I would have to buy all the bells and whistles and I'm not the decision maker, but my job is painful sometimes, when approving as I can't use my presets, that would be a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is easy to share through collections but maintenance is very time consuming. the big benefit is I can have the asset in one spot and share it from there to different customers internal and external. we now have only one version and not a version per user/computer.

What do you like best about the product?
Francine Rodriguez made our onboarding experience incredibly smooth. We felt we were in good hands from the start, as she consistently showed that our center's mission was important to her and to Bynder. As a Library Science professional, I can say her documentation was impeccable, making it much easier to learn the platform and onboard other staff members. Her organizational skills are truly unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we've enjoyed our onboarding process. No complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It going to hugely improve how we accession and share digital assets across our center. We're thrilled about how this will change the user experience with navigating our website, making it easier for people to interact with our digital collections.
Starting Strong with Bynder: Great Onboarding, Great Results
What do you like best about the product?
We switched from SharePoint to Bynder, and the impact has been transformative. Bynder’s intuitive interface meant everyone was up and running almost immediately, and the guided implementation—backed by our amazing onboarding team—made the transition smooth. We now tap into Bynder every day, from smart metadata tagging to automated approval workflows. Best of all, its seamless integration with our website means we’re never hunting for files across multiple platforms, and our brand always presents a consistent, professional look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder is definitely on the higher end of the pricing spectrum, but it's incredible feature set and ability to scale with our organization for years to come make it a worthwhile investment. There is a learning curve for advanced capabilities, but our onboarding team, Ta’Quila and Dean, provided exceptional training and support to get us up to speed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder has eliminated fragmented storage and version-control chaos by providing a single, searchable repository with smart metadata and automated workflows. Built-in brand guidelines and templates ensure every team member uses the latest on-brand assets, and automated approval processes have cut feedback loops from days to hours. Seamless integrations with our CMS and creative tools remove repetitive exports and uploads, while analytics give us real-time visibility into asset usage. Overall, Bynder has improved our workflows, and collaboration (with 'collections'), and delivered the insights we need to refine our content strategy and maximize ROI.

Not so much the product as the change & governance necessary to use it effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of truth for image assets, automating production tasks, easier to manage graphic assets on our web properties, improved discovery of existing assets. All serve to save time and remove low-value tasks from out team. Having the single repository aligns to corporate information management policy and reduces risk.

What do you like best about the product?
-The user interface - I think the user interface makes it extremely easy for our users to accomplish what they need and quickly. This has enhanced our users adaptability and willing to use the system.
-Intergrations - Being able to integrate multiple systems with Bynder has driven our success. Two of the biggest integrations are STEP and Optimizely. Being able to integrate STEP has made it possible for our users need to know everything they need to know about our products creating a single source of truth within Bynder. Integrating Opitimizely has driven asset success on our website.
- Our Customer Success Manager!!! Catherine is amazing and beyond supportive in making Bynder extremely successful for our company. She is extremely attentive and on top of any question or issue we have. I do not think our growth would not have been as successful without her!

What do you dislike about the product?
-Configuration display - I think the backend configuration display could be improved. Adding an editable title or description on each configuration to make it easier to see exactly what that configuration is for would make it easier to edit in the future.
-Bynder Support - Sometimes it is extremely hard to solve issues that come up. It sometimes that very long, with a lot of back and forth for a simple fix. I think the Support could be approved upon.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Asset storing: Bynder has created a platform for us to store all of our digitial files in one singular location. By doing this, our assets are easily accessible for all. We are able to easily track usage as well.
-Asset serving: Bynder allows assets to be served to our website in a more seamless way. By using Bynder, assets are now visible on the website a lot quicker than before.

Onboarding with Bynder DAM was a smooth and well-supported experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to find all our assets within the platform, which saves a lot of time. Sharing assets both internally and externally is straightforward and seamless. Additionally, the robust API capabilities have been a big plus—I’ve already started integrating Bynder with several tools in our martech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much so far. The initial process of collecting and organizing assets to upload took some time, but that was more on my end than with the platform itself.

This centralization makes it easy to organize and tag content efficiently, ensuring we can quickly find and deliver the right assets to our frontend channels. The platform’s robust tagging and organization features enhance content discoverability and streamline workflows, which saves valuable time and helps maintain brand consistency.
