Efficient Asset Management with Smooth Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I find the mass upload option in Bynder extremely helpful, as it allows me to efficiently handle digital assets with precision by including all metadata details via a CSV file. This feature significantly reduces the time and effort required for managing large volumes of data, making my workload much more manageable. Additionally, I appreciate the AI search capability in Bynder. It stands out as a powerful tool that enhances my ability to locate and retrieve assets quickly and accurately, streamlining my overall workflow. My initial setup experience with Bynder was notably smooth, which speaks to its user-friendly design and efficient implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of a feature in Bynder for managing duplicate entries effectively. There should be an option to handle duplicate assets by either replacing the existing file or creating a copy of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bynder for managing digital assets, allowing mass uploads with metadata via CSV, solving the challenge of updating data in bulk efficiently and enhancing asset searchability with AI technology.

Sometimes less is more, this is far from just a Bynder problem but some features are unneeded.

Efficient Asset Management with AI Perks, But Integration Gaps
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the AI functionality of Bynder, particularly its facial recognition and search capabilities, which make locating assets easier and more efficient. I find it beneficial that anyone can access and search for what they need without being restricted.... thanks to Bynder's alternative methods of organizing and finding assets. The platform's clean, intuitive design is also something I admire, as it aligns well with our brand aesthetics. Moreover, the setup process for Bynder was surprisingly straightforward and trouble-free, making the adoption of the platform a positive experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it disappointing that using Bynder for reviews and annotations would result in an extra charge. Our hope was to replace frame.io as a review platform and consolidate our tools. However, even though Bynder's Studio version allows for such functionality, we have to keep using frame.io because it's not feasible for us to integrate or consider this option within the first year. This means we are still maintaining multiple platforms, which I hoped to streamline.

Bynder consolidates our assets, saving time by eliminating the need to navigate multiple platforms and enhancing search efficiency with AI capabilities.
Organized Asset Management with Bynder
What do you like best about the product?
I like the taxonomy concept in Bynder and the controls it provides, which help our team to organize and manage digital assets more efficiently. The ease of versioning is another aspect I appreciate as it addresses the issues we previously had with handling duplicates and outdated versions of files. Bynder offers solutions to challenges we faced with our previous service, Dropbox, especially concerning difficulties in finding assets and tracking photography rights expiration. Additionally, although the initial setup was a lengthy process and required a lot of manual switchover, the support we received from our representative was excellent, which significantly facilitated the transition process.

Exceptional demo: The demo your team presented was extremely thorough and clearly tailored to our RFP. It gave us a strong sense of confidence from the start.
Flexibility in implementation: We really appreciate how you adjusted the implementation approach to our needs—starting with DAM and then moving to BAM, even though we know this is not a standard sequence. This flexibility is crucial for meeting our internal deadlines.

I do not have any dislikes. The kantata portal did not work for us - but Bynder itself is great!

No big issue here, the organization especially if used to the folders structure needs to get used to this "new" logic.

This tool serves as a replacement for Dropbox. It provides a centralized sharing hub, making it easier for offices in different regions to collaborate and share files.
Effortlessly Simplifies Our Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Simplifies a few aspects of our existing cumbersome processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on bulk processing. In some instances, not unlikely for us to process thousands of assets in a single session. The limitation of 500 works but isn't as optimal as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplification especially as it relates to updating content. It happens very frequently with our company so the ease of use is a major benefit for my team.
Additionally, we love the fact that the DAM can now connect with our PIM. Lastly, the Adobe connector will be a major benefit as we streamline our workflows as well.

Simple Yet Powerful Platform with Seamless Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
We like the fact that the platform looks very simple to use but is actually very powerful under the hood and has plenty of customisation options. Onboarding process is very structured and helpful. It's very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing special, could be a bit on the pricy side but you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the biggest issue we have which is centralising all our content in one place.
Robust Taxonomy and User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The taxonomy is much easier than the folder structure we had before and it's interface is super easy to use!

We were not able to integrate our customer data sheet which is why we didn't go with the studio part of Bynder.

Bynder is creating a centralized location for all of our marketing assets and allowing us to serve those assets externally outside the organization using API integrations saving us time and creating one source of truth

I love how easily images can be organized and sorted.

The backend can be a bit tricky for me to navigate
