What do you like best about the product?

What I like most is how simple it is to navigate the platform. They make it genuinely easy to add assets and just as easy to find them later. The UI/UX also makes creating landing pages feel effortless, while still helping them look polished and professional.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’m not sure there’s anything I truly dislike. The backend taxonomy process takes a bit of getting used to when I need to add or modify items, but I expect that will improve with time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve never had a centralized place where both marketing and design could access our assets. Bringing everything into one platform will save us time and money, and it also makes it much easier to search for exactly what we need.

What do you like best about the product?

What we like most about Bynder is the clear overview it provides of our archive. We are also very pleased with the onboarding experience and the support Oliver gave us throughout the process.

What do you dislike about the product?

What we like least about Bynder is that it requires users to log in to access the platform. As a large travel company, we work with several thousand sales agents who only need access to our image library once or twice a year to download updated marketing materials.

We find it unfortunate that there is no simple way to create a dedicated public portal where these agents can access the latest approved images whenever they need them, without having to create an account, log in, or occupy a user seat in the system—unless we purchase an additional package.

We also miss having a built-in mechanism that requires sales agents and other external partners to accept our terms and conditions before they are allowed to download images from the archive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bynder helps us maintain a complete overview of our digital asset library, which has been extremely valuable for our team. It provides a much more efficient and intuitive way to organize and locate assets compared to searching through countless folders.

The platform gives us a centralized view of our entire image archive, making it significantly easier to find, manage, and distribute content when needed.

What do you like best about the product?

The biggest benefit of Bynder is having one central, user friendly place where teams can quickly find and use the latest approved assets. Its search, tagging, and filtering capabilities make content much easier to manage, while permissions give us better control over who can upload, edit or access specific assets. It also gives us the scope to improve how we share brand guidelines and content both internally and externally, instead of relying on static documents and disconnected storage locations.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main downside is that Bynder needs clear ownership, consistent tagging, and ongoing administration to deliver its full value. The initial migration, permission configuration and metadata setup can take time, and some of the more advanced capabilities require additional setup, training, or cost. As a result, it isn’t a platform you can simply implement and then leave to run itself. That said, the onboarding support has helped us work through these requirements effectively and positively with our onboarding manager Carina Krause.

CArina guided us clearly from the initial configuration and training through to launch and the handover into ongoing customer support.
She was consistently responsive, patient and pragmatic, tailoring the sessions to our requirements rather than simply providing generic platform demonstrations. She also dealt promptly with our questions and configuration changes and provided clear follow ups after each session.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bynder is helping us replace a legacy digital asset management platform with a more modern, central place for approved brand and marketing assets. It tackles the ongoing challenges of finding the latest content, dealing with inconsistent storage and tagging, navigating unclear access controls, and relying too heavily on static brand guideline documents.

The main benefits for us are faster asset discovery and reuse, clearer ownership and permissions, less duplication and more confidence that teams are working with current, approved materials. As our use of the platform evolves, it should also strengthen brand consistency and make it easier to manage and share assets and guidelines, both internally and externally.

What do you like best about the product?

A key strength of Bynder is its onboarding and project support. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful when implementing new features, integrations, and platform enhancements. Special thanks to Océane from the Professional Services team, whose expertise and dedication played a key role in the success of our portal optimization project.

What do you dislike about the product?

One area that could be enhanced is the pricing model. Some of the most innovative capabilities that extend beyond the core DAM offering are available only as separate add-ons. For large enterprise customers, a more comprehensive package including a broader set of advanced features could simplify adoption and help unlock even greater value from the platform.

Bynder provides a single source of truth for marketing assets, eliminating content fragmentation and making it easier for teams to find, manage, and share content efficiently. Its intuitive user experience also accelerates user adoption, enabling teams to become productive quickly with minimal training.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Bynder's custom taxonomy combined with the AI search tool, which is easily the best part.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find that there are a few small interface bugs that get on my nerves. For instance, when I set expiration dates on a collection link and toggle through the months, it shifts the calendar height.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I rely on Bynder as my primary media hub to organize and store our core brand assets. The custom taxonomy and AI search tool cut down a massive amount of manual metadata work.

The onboarding process and the great relationship I stablished with SKYE SILVER, every week we meet and she walked me throught the step by step on how to implement bynder

nothing, it was a very seamless process!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having the ability to store all our assets in one place instead of using google drive

What do you like best about the product?

Love how easy it is to keep everything centralized. Our team can quickly find photos, videos, logos, brand documents, and other assets without digging through shared drives. The search functionality, metadata, and tagging system make locating files fast and easy. Everything is very user friendly. Also love the ability to share assets easily with both internal and external users. The Bynder Express tool will be a great alternative to Dropbox and I love that it has a branded appearance.
The setup process was a breeze thanks to Sandy. The weekly meetings are so organized and thorough and she walked us through the entire process. I honestly thought it was going to be a lot more overwhelming than it actually was.

What do you dislike about the product?

In Asset Smart Filters, I would love to have the option of an autocomplete search in addition to being scrolling through the full list. It would be helpful for lengthy lists. Price also exceeded our intended budget.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bynder has significantly improved how we organize, distribute, and manage our assets companywide. We love the download presets which will save us a lot of time in both the upload and download process. Overall, the DAM is going to be a huge timesaver for us all. Bynder has also given us the tools to create a complete and organized brand guide.
The Workflow portion is going to be incredibly helpful to us by eliminating the back & forth emails for review/edits/approvals and keeping up with various versions. Also very helpful for searching later on.

What do you like best about the product?

AI tags details about your assets in case you missed something when tagging them manually.

What do you dislike about the product?

The most noticeable feature for me was that I couldn’t create a folder or collection within an existing collection.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me create easily shareable assets, not only within the company but also externally with partners and distributors.

What do you like best about the product?

The onboarding process was excellent. Christina Solorzano was our PM, and she kept us on track while helping us meet a very aggressive deadline by adjusting the onboarding schedule to fit our needs. By the end of the process, I felt genuinely empowered and confident in my ability to keep our account up to date and progressing to our next goals.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the added features feel a bit clunky. The asset management section is very user-friendly, but tools like Workflow Management and Templating don’t seem to match the rest of the UI. I also hope they continue refining their AI so it isn’t limited to images. It really needs to support all document types, since we work with fewer images and far more PDFs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had assets scattered everywhere, and there was no real way to visualize our documents—specifically, which ones were being viewed the most versus which ones weren’t. Also version control will be huge for us! This system will bring us into the future by making it much easier for our sales team to find, view, and use materials. We’re not done building everything out yet, but we’re excited about what’s ahead.

What do you like best about the product?

Bynder is a great-looking tool with a massive amount of power under the hood. I find the onboarding support team to be incredibly robust. The search experience during onboarding stands out, making it an advantage despite not relying purely on a perfectly mapped test.

What do you dislike about the product?

We do run into some minor system bugs and less than ideal user workflows when using Bynder's mass upload tool for bulk ingestion.

I use Bynder as our central asset bank to manage our extensive library of media collateral.
