Taxomony that makes you excited to set up.
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Bynder was super helpful in the entire process. They showed me specific ways to solve each problem I had with my previous solution. I love how simple the platform is for my team to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any dislikes at the moment. The Bynder team and product met my needs every step of the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is streamlining the way we find and distribute assets to our clients. Before it was a brutal mess with several platforms that were siloed and often lost. This give my team and I an easy place to find everything we need when a client needs it.
Easy DAM Adoption with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bynder's AI search function and the fact that there's no folder structure. I also appreciate the ease of use, segmentation of user permissions, and the amazing customer service I've experienced so far. Grace has been stellar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Short delay in large assets appearing after upload. Hit refresh, and they're there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is our new DAM that helps us better keep track of, find, and store digital creative assets. I appreciate its AI search function, lack of a folder structure, ease of use, user permissions segmentation, and the excellent customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder seamlessly allows our company to use the most up-to-date digital assets and ensures our brand maintains a cohesive look and feel. It's almost like our own custom-made Google search for all of our digital assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully, I have yet to find something that I dislike about Bynder. The training is extensive because Bynder is extensive—while I could have fiddled around and figured things out, it was comforting knowing I was meeting each week with an expert who knows their way around the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is our one-stop-shop for all things digital asset related. Departments at our company will no longer be sending out and using 10+ year old photos for marketing materials. Bynder also allows us to see who in our company is using our assets and allows us to manage what's being shared.
Bynder Centralizes Approved Assets and Keeps Teams Consistent
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Bynder is that it brings everything together in one central place. It makes daily work much easier and ensures that everyone uses the latest, approved assets.
I also appreciate that you can build clear guidelines around naming conventions, metadata, and usage. When those guidelines are followed, the system works very smoothly and it becomes much easier to maintain consistency across markets and teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder works best when there are strong guidelines and clear governance in place. Without consistent naming conventions and metadata rules, the library can quickly become less structured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder solves the issue of having assets stored in different places and not always knowing which version is the correct one. Before using a centralized system, it was easy to lose time searching for files or clarifying whether something was approved.
Now everything is in one place with clear guidelines for naming and metadata. This makes it much easier to find assets quickly and ensures that everyone works with the same, up-to-date materials. It also reduces back-and-forth between teams and helps keep the brand consistent across markets.
Overall, it simply brings more structure and saves time in daily work.

Easy to Use with Powerful AI Search
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. AI search functionality. Upload for approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much clicking. Not able to automatically register users (unless you have SSO).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old DAM was not user friendly. It took a lot of time to train users and to use the system in general.
Bynder's user-friendly platform and AI search functionality makes the uploading, downloading, searching, and sharing of assets much simpler and quicker.
Many of our partners don't have capacity to upload content, so the upload for approval functionality has empowered them to have creators and partners upload for approval, saving them time.
Our content was scattered across our DAM, Google Drive, our shared drive, etc. Bynder has allowed us to store everything in one place.
We were often sending industry to multiple places (corporate website, google drive, etc.) to access brand resources. Now we're able to create custom pages to house brand tools in Bynder.

Very User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly, and assets are easy to find. I love the face identification feature. Our implementation team, Francine and Amanda, were excellent—very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely human: empathetic, funny, and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming when you have so many assets, but once you understand the filtering, is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebDam was our system and it is very clunky and slow. The system is a game changer for our team.
Bynder: Great Digital Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a great company to work with. They are pros in the field of Digital Asset Management and are proactively looking to keep improving the product. The DAM is easy to use and provides lots of useful integrations. Our onboarding was fantastic with Christina and Cait.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at this time. So far all good!

Potential for Bynder’s AI-Powered Search and Tagging to Save Time
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a great platform that utilizes AI to offer natural language search to enhance their experience. That saves significant time in the upload and tagging process since it recognizes people, things, colors, sports, genders without having to manually select. It also allows us better right management in our photos since we can tag someone by their name and later remove access from those images if a rights issue arises.
The people I've been able to work with in the sales and onboarding side have also been extremely pleasant. Grace Nelson was so kind and helpful at every stage of onboarding. Her walk-throughs were enjoyable and relevant to our platform and team. Ryan Kelly was a great sales person to work with. He was extremely flexible and supportive as we took careful consideration of how to switch from another provider to Bynder.

What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the components in the build of the guidelines site are really basic. I wish I had more capabilities for the color swatches, quotes, callouts, links, custom navigation within landing pages and do/do-not columns for good and bad how-tos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current guidelines and DAM provider doesn't offer much for AI capabilities and rights management. I'm hopeful Bynder's AI features continue to grow and we're able to automate even more.
Top-Notch, User-Friendly DAM with Unlimited Storage and Users
What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the system is its strong suit as well as the product suite and feature set is top notch. Having unlimited storage and unlimited users for example is something that is helpful for us, as well as the SaaS cloud-based service is something that we were looking for in a DAM product. The user-friendliness of the system will help with the adoption of the system by our users and reduce the training time required to onboard new users compared to our previous system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the SaaS-based nature of the product, there have been a few instances where we wanted certain features that aren’t part of the current functionality, and there’s no way to obtain them through customization at this time. These are mostly quality-of-life and efficiency improvements, so we’ve shared them as requests through the community feedback channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Bynder to store, organize and share our various digital assets (images, videos, b-roll etc.) with our industry partners. We have several terabytes of media files that need to be stored and made available to our client users so Bynder helps us to do that efficiently and in way that aligns with our branding requirements.
Clean UI and Better Search, but Additional Assets Need More Control and Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is clean, search is better than Brandfolder
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to view Additional Assets without downloading all of them and there's not way to re-order those Additional Assets. Slower video upload time vs. Brandfolder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing easily searched and shared assets from our large bank of content. Drilling down with savable searches is helpful.
