Bynder Makes Image Asset Organization and Sharing Effortless

    Reviewed on Sep 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We desperately needed a better file organization system that allows us to easily locate and maintain updates to image assets. Bynder allows us to do that and easily share out those assets
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows are a little clunky compared to tasks in Salsify, for instance, to help internal uploaders and reviewers account for every step
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to have one source of truth for product images and documents and allowing us to easily share out those assets with sales reps and others

Our First DAM That Streamlined Our Asset Distribution

    Reviewed on Sep 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has an easy to navigate user interface, so onboarding non-technical users does not take a significant effort. We have recently redefined our processes around how to manage our event-related assets and Bynder has played an integral part of it, since it has become faster and much more efficient to distribute photos and manage our external communications. As the Admin of the platform, I have played a major role in the deployment as well and although we had some obstacles during onboarding, now I can say the support we have received is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we struggle with flexibility when it comes to organizing the DAM around our business needs. As a company with multiple business layers spanning 10+ industries, it can be difficult at times to accommodate each group’s individual needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized asset space, external asset distribution, internal asset localization, consistent branding and knowledge distribution

Easy, Intuitive Asset Management with a Smooth, Well-Supported Onboarding

    Reviewed on Sep 01, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I would highly recommend Bynder because it is easy to use, intuitive, and makes asset management very straightforward. The onboarding process was also very well supported, with clear guidance and responsive assistance throughout the implementation. Overall, it is a user-friendly platform that makes it easy for teams to adopt and use effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found anything I strongly dislike about Bynder. One area that could be improved is having more customization and editing options for the cards on the homepage and within the guides. More flexibility in these areas would make it even easier to tailor the platform to specific brand and user needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder will help us centralize and organize all our brand assets and guidelines in one place, making it much easier for teams across different markets to access the right materials. This saves time, reduces the use of outdated assets, and helps ensure greater consistency across the brand. It also makes collaboration and asset sharing much more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Bynder because it is easy to use, intuitive, and makes asset management very straightforward. The onboarding process was also very well supported, with clear guidance and responsive assistance throughout the implementation. Overall, it is a user-friendly platform that makes it easy for teams to adopt and use effectively.

Bynder exceeded our expectations for managing the brand more dynamically

    Reviewed on Sep 01, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Before Bynder, we didn't have a system that allowed us to manage our brand more dynamically, and what we've seen from Bynder exceeded our expectations with everything that can be done and what can be made available to our users
What do you dislike about the product?
The teams did an excellent job breaking the language barrier, but I think having materials in Spanish would be great, that's the only thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our brand in a digital environment, versioning our brand, having sections, the issue of user governance and what they do with the brand, and finally simplifying the work with people who handle the brand

What do you like best about the product?
A centralized hub for all of our international assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a group of creatives, library management isn’t really our strongest suit. Keeping up with the tech side of things and staying organized can be tough to manage, especially when everything starts piling up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers solid versioning, easy sharing, reliable connectivity, and faster access to assets.

Functional DAM with Strong Integration Capabilities

    Reviewed on Aug 31, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Bynder is the level of support we’ve received. The onboarding process was very thorough, and the team has been dedicated, responsive, and attentive to our needs throughout the process.

I also really appreciate how easily Bynder can connect with Claude, as well as how flexible and customizable the platform is to fit our specific needs. For example, I was able to create a Google Sheet connected to Bynder that automatically populates cells with the corresponding product images based on the value entered in the adjacent cell. This shows how much we can do with the platform beyond basic asset management.

I’m still in the process of uploading and organizing our assets, so I haven’t had the opportunity to explore all of the features in depth yet, but so far, I see a lot of potential in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges is getting used to the fact that assets need to be properly named and categorized for the system to work efficiently. Getting everything compliant can be quite time-consuming, especially when dealing with a large volume of existing assets.

It’s also a different way of working for most people on our team. They are used to creating working folders and grouping together the files they need for a specific project, whereas Bynder requires more structure and organization upfront.

There is quite a bit of work involved both before uploading assets—making sure they are properly named and categorized—and afterward, to ensure that everything remains accurate and up to date. I think this is mostly a matter of adapting our internal processes and habits to a DAM environment, but it does require ongoing discipline and maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping us centralize our assets and make them easier to access, share, and reuse across different workflows.

One of the biggest benefits for us is the ability to connect Bynder with other tools. For example, I’ve already created a Google Sheet that automatically pulls the correct product images from Bynder based on product codes. This can be very useful for creating sell sheets and other documents to share with customers.

We also plan to use Bynder as the image source for tools that will help us generate client presentations and catalogs, pulling the required product images directly from the DAM instead of having to locate and insert them manually.

Beyond that, we see Bynder becoming an important file-sharing tool. We plan to use it to share product photography with our customers, as well as potentially share files such as packaging artwork with our suppliers.

We’re still early in the process, but the main benefit for us is having one centralized and reliable source for our assets that can support and automate several different workflows.

Super Useful for Finding Assets Fast

What do you like best about the product?
It is super useful to find assets in the sea of assets that we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only gripe I have is sometimes the load times are slow, but it might be because the assets were large, unsure. Would love to see more optimization there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to find assets and it benefits me because I have to find assets often.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Bynder is. It doesn't take much to understand it—it's very intuitive and effective! My team uses Bynder to organize, upload, and share digital assets, and it serves as a perfect way to share internal creative assets with partners and stakeholders at our company. It also enables them to find the assets for themselves, which means we have more freedom to do creative work. I really love what Bynder has to offer compared to other digital asset management systems. Heather and Andrea from our onboarding team made the initial setup really great. Additionally, the AI facial recognition feature is so cool!
What do you dislike about the product?
    nothing!

Streamlined Asset Management with Minor Search Hiccups

    Reviewed on Aug 23, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bynder's simplified tagging engine and the collection kit sharing capabilities. Once you overcome the initial learning curve, organizing assets and making them searchable across different teams becomes very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the search bar inconsistent at times. It occasionally pulls up less relevant results instead of exact phrase matches. I encountered a small knowledge curve when learning to structure tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Bynder prevents external partners and internal teams from drowning in massive file folders.
