    What do you like best about the product?
    It is very user friendly and I can navigate through it quickly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    If the submit button was a little higher on the screen. Once you put all the information in and add your attachment, you think you are done.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I have not had any issues that I have had to contact support for.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Once set up by the organizer, your'e able to submit your invoice or expence report for approval quickly and easily using product codes provided.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I have yet to experience any issues that have delayed or made it difficult to correct any errors. Though customer support is readily available, I have not had reason to access it. No dislikes so far.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Decreasing the delay of payment within the organization by streamlining the process by which invoices and expences are paid, saving time and effort required by managers.

    What do you like best about the product?
    User-Friendly, Transparent Tracking, and Direct Purchase Order Integration. This has allowed ease of implementation with our team & now it is our preferred method of buying stuff.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Procurify is generally smooth and easy to use, I’ve noticed occasional lag when returning from Amazon. After making a purchase, I sometimes have to reopen Procurify to re-grab the cart, which can be frustrating, especially when handling large orders. It’s a small hiccup in an otherwise great experience, but streamlining that part would make a big difference
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We used to rely on Google Sheets to place orders, and it was a mess requests could take days or even weeks to get processed, and once you submitted a form, you had no idea where it went or what stage it was in. Procurify completely changed that. Now we have full transparency throughout the purchasing process and can track requests in real time. The ease of use, ability to monitor spending, and direct integration with purchase orders have made our workflow so much smoother.
    That said, there’s one small hiccup: when returning from Amazon, Procurify sometimes lags and I have to reopen it to re-grab the cart. It’s a bit inconvenient, especially when making large purchases. But overall, the benefits far outweigh that minor issue. Highly recommend!

    What do you like best about the product?
    One-stop shop for all of your needs. Probably the best thing Procurify offers is customer service. Any time I have had issues or problems, the customer service has been excellent.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Very difficult to navigate. The layout is not user-friendly. So much packed into one site that finding things off of a search is very difficult and has led to me choosing the wrong item.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

    As an end user managing outsourced spend in a biotech environment, I rely on Coupa to handle a high volume of complex transactions involving multiple CROs (Contract Research Organizations).
    Strengths of Procurify:

    User Interface: Clean and user-friendly. Great for organizations that need a straightforward way to request purchases and track approvals.

    Budget Visibility: Provides clear real-time budget tracking, which can help non-finance stakeholders understand their spending limits.

    Mobile Accessibility: Helpful for quick approvals or on-the-go expense management.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Limitations in a Biotech Context:

    Lacks Sophisticated Workflow Capabilities: From what I’ve seen, Procurify doesn't offer the level of flexibility needed for complex workflows, like milestone-triggered payments or integrating with grant funding compliance.

    Not Built for R&D Complexity: It doesn't seem designed for managing contracts with CROs, SOW tracking, or multi-phase projects common in biotech operations.

    Integration Gaps: For those already using platforms like Coupa, SAP, or Oracle, adopting Procurify could introduce redundancy or fragmentation in procurement and payment flows.
