What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Procurify automatically creates purchase orders, which helps in eliminating manual PO creation and reducing errors. The setup was fast and easy. Overall, I find that it makes existing orders and inventory visible before new requests are raised, which helps with duplicate and unnecessary purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enhanced contract lifecycle management needs better tracking of renewal, compliance, and obligations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procurify for vendor management, storing info and docs centrally. It prevents duplicate purchases by showing existing orders and inventory. Automatic purchase order creation reduces errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Procurify is fast and efficient. It's easy and self-explanatory to use, especially for ordering uniforms and supplies for my employees. The setup was easy too; once I had my login and credentials, I could log in smoothly the first time using my company ID, username, and password. I believe it's the easiest way to order things without needing to go through other sites, and it keeps a log of everything I've ordered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just would like if the things we order could be changed so we can reorder and just change what we do need and what we don’t need quicker instead of starting a whole new order, or if it was possible for it to just be a recurring order and we can just click on it and say hey this is the order I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procurify for ordering uniforms and supplies; it's fast, easy, and self-explanatory. It streamlines ordering without needing other sites, and keeps a log of everything ordered. However, easier re-ordering or recurring orders would be a nice improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
I can provide the necessary information and receive the exact item. I like being able to search all my old orders and find the details about them. I don’t need to document my orders separately which saves time, anytime I need them, I just get them from Procurify. Even though I haven't worked with a similar platform before, I can't remember having difficulty using it for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it has a feature that by copying a link it should insert all related information from the source website, I could not use it

I appreciate that Procurify allows me to take care of all my uniform needs in one place. It's great that I can order specialty jackets or shirts if needed without having to visit another website. It really serves as a one-stop shop for me. I also like that I can place an order once it's approved through my company and easily send a screenshot with an order number. I get a quick response back from Procurify alerting me that they have received my order, which removes the hassle of worrying if my order went through. Plus, I get an email when my order is ready for pick-up, letting me focus on other tasks without concern.

I dislike that dashboards load slowly for large datasheets. I'd like improved performance as transaction volume scales.

I love using Procurify for ordering products and necessities for the workplace, making the whole process smooth by not having to switch between multiple platforms. I really enjoy the speed of service and communication across users, as well as an easy user interface. The initial setup was very easy, and the integration with our Amazon portal works well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Procurify has a platform that allows me to respond to requests and double-check assigned budgets on a computer or my phone. It has sped up the process of processing invoices when we have to pay for the items we have purchased. They've made a very tedious process in our organization streamlined, saving office staff hours of time each week. I would give Procurify a ten. It is a fabulous platform.
