What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create a PO for payment and to print a copy of the PO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to see a Purchase order after it has been received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purchase orders are approved quickly so purchases can be made in a timely matter.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Procurify's ease of use, as it allows me to log in, order necessary items for my team and office, send them for approval, and receive the items quickly. The initial setup was very easy, and the training was adequate, allowing me to start using Procurify immediately. Returning products is easy too. I've also not encountered any problems with it so far.

Procurify makes ordering supplies easy with seamless login, fast approvals, and swift delivery. Its user-friendly interface ensures no issues, even for returns, and the setup was straightforward with adequate training.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Procurify to request orders for items at my company, and it helps me order items in an easy, user-friendly way. I like the feature where certain vendors pre-populate when creating a new purchase order request. This makes it extremely easy for when I have recurring orders with popular vendors, as it automatically pops up instead of having to search for the vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be glitches sometimes when writing the "item name" because it will want to pull from a direct link and messes up the text sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procurify to easily request orders with a user-friendly interface. It helps with recurring orders by pre-populating popular vendors, saving time on searches.
Streamlines Multi-Vendor Ordering with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I find Procurify easy to manage and order through. It simplifies the process by allowing me to order from multiple vendors at once, which makes multitasking much easier. I also appreciate that it sends notifications regarding orders and is usually pretty precise on timing. Managing orders through different vendors like McKesson and Amazon is streamlined, making it more efficient to handle everything all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ordering process could be better. You have to hit multiple steps just to order.

I find Procurify makes it easier to order supplies through multiple vendors at once and manage them, rather than jumping from one site to another.

Procurify Makes Ordering and Tracking School Supplies Easy
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is the options to use different vendors to order school supplies. I especially enjoy using the Amazon link that is available on Procurify. I also enjoy the features because the order is directly sent to our purchasing department. This process makes is easy to communicate and track our purchasing. Lastly they send notifications which are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any issues that have impact my ability to access or order from Procurify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify is used by the finance department at our school. I have been ordering consistently for five years, and all of the invoices must be approved by our finance / administration department.

Extremely User friendly, helpful support, useful updates, very responsive to feedback, great team, very easy to search and refine information such as POs, Bills by number, Invoices by number, Vendor information, fast software, comparable pricing, useful AI features simplifying invoice entry Integrations like reports printable to Excel

The latest view update does not show the number of searched items next to the header

I use Procurify to submit budgets from broadcasts and get them to our team so we can get purchase orders created for our vendors. It streamlines the approval process. I like the drop-down options for details and the overall ease of use once you understand it.

I am not a fan of the weird unit and cost system

What do you like best about the product?
I find Procurify very useful for organizing all orders, and I like that by adding order numbers, it's easy to receive all the orders. I appreciate that all orders received and packing slips can be uploaded as proof that the orders are received. Plus, the initial setup was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on the app it kicks you out.

Procurify helps me organize all orders, making it easy to receive them by adding order numbers. It also allows uploading packing slips as proof of receipt.
