User-Friendly Navigation, But Default Tax Setting is Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and my recent answers have been populated so that I can use them again easily the next time i make a request

Having to delete the tax amount that is included by default. I wish that was not a default setting

Exceptionally User-Friendly and Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly it makes it easy to send MRs quickly

I like everything about it. There is nothing to dislike about it

All of my purchases are conveniently in one place for easy access
Effortless Requests and Order Finalization with No Downsides
What do you like best about the product?
The easy process to start new request and its equally simple to finalize an order and add attachments for future audits. It was easy to learn and get familiarized with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encounter any significant down sides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems right now. But AI is being implemented and it will make things a lot easier.
Amazon Punchout Makes Purchasing a Breeze

We are using the Amazon Business Punch out against multiple locations, and it keeps it organized and tracked.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Procurify to assist with ordering various items as a marketing manager, and it greatly simplifies the request process for purchases, making it incredibly easy to request different items needed by my marketing team, whether it's collateral or equipment. The seamless integration with my procurement team ensures smooth connectivity and operations between us. The ease of use is remarkable; Procurify is very user-friendly, simplifying the approval and purchase processes, which enhances efficiency in getting what my team needs. The setting up was reportedly easy, according to my accounting team, which reinforces its accessibility. Procurify's interface is extremely simple and intuitive, facilitating quick learning and adoption across my organization with minimal resistance. The app's capability of taking and uploading photos of packing slips is particularly smooth, contributing to an easier inventory and procurement management. Overall, it's a simple tool from a user's perspective, making purchasing tasks straightforward without complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that its very easy to use, however I think slight modifications to the UI would make it even more beneficial.

Procurify simplifies ordering items as a marketing manager, streamlining purchase requests and approvals. It enhances connectivity with the procurement team, easing purchase order processes, and is user-friendly for quick adoption within the organization.
The easiest program that I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify is one of the easiest program to order parts I just need three pages open. All you have to do is copy and paste information in the boxes that are available. Don’t need to remember anything just a few clicks and your order is complete. All information is correct. It is a very easy program to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike Procurtify is that some of the boxes do not remember you choice. on those boxes my choice is always the same.

User-Friendly and Convenient for Editing and Duplicating Orders
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use. Making edits to items and duplicating orders is simple and hassle-free.

I don't really have any major problems with it. Occasionally, it does go down.

We use it to keep track of our invoices.
Extremely User Friendly!

It is very user friendly and I can navigate through it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the submit button was a little higher on the screen. Once you put all the information in and add your attachment, you think you are done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any issues that I have had to contact support for.
The end user can easily submit their invoice or expence report for pay once set up in the system.

Once set up by the organizer, your'e able to submit your invoice or expence report for approval quickly and easily using product codes provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to experience any issues that have delayed or made it difficult to correct any errors. Though customer support is readily available, I have not had reason to access it. No dislikes so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreasing the delay of payment within the organization by streamlining the process by which invoices and expences are paid, saving time and effort required by managers.
From Chaos to Clarity, Thanks to Procurify
What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly, Transparent Tracking, and Direct Purchase Order Integration. This has allowed ease of implementation with our team & now it is our preferred method of buying stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procurify is generally smooth and easy to use, I’ve noticed occasional lag when returning from Amazon. After making a purchase, I sometimes have to reopen Procurify to re-grab the cart, which can be frustrating, especially when handling large orders. It’s a small hiccup in an otherwise great experience, but streamlining that part would make a big difference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to rely on Google Sheets to place orders, and it was a mess requests could take days or even weeks to get processed, and once you submitted a form, you had no idea where it went or what stage it was in. Procurify completely changed that. Now we have full transparency throughout the purchasing process and can track requests in real time. The ease of use, ability to monitor spending, and direct integration with purchase orders have made our workflow so much smoother.
That said, there’s one small hiccup: when returning from Amazon, Procurify sometimes lags and I have to reopen it to re-grab the cart. It’s a bit inconvenient, especially when making large purchases. But overall, the benefits far outweigh that minor issue. Highly recommend!
