What do you like best about the product?

What we like most about Procurify is that it delivers real, measurable value while continually improving based on customer feedback. Unlike many SaaS companies that become less responsive once the contract is signed, Procurify actually listens to its customers and incorporates feedback into the product. Pricing was negotiable. The platform has helped us reduce overhead and dramatically increase productivity by turning manual processes that once took days or weeks into tasks we can complete in hours. It also reduces human error, improves spend visibility, and leverages AI and automation to make procurement more efficient, producing repeatable, consistent results. The API integration works well, even with our ancient ERP. The user interface is unbelievably simple. Everyone we’ve worked with at Procurify has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find both a great product and a company that truly acts like a partner.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only drawback is that I would like to see more project-based options. In other words, I'd like the end user to be able to split the Request for order across multiple orgs/locations. You can do it, but it requires a workaround. If they had that, the software would be perfect.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procurify is helping us eliminate significant manual work in our procurement and accounts payable processes. Tasks that previously required manual data entry, invoice matching, routing approvals, and follow-ups can now be handled through automation. The OCR capabilities are particularly valuable because Procurify can read invoices, capture the relevant information, and match it to the appropriate purchase orders and transactions. This reduces data entry, minimizes human error, and saves our team considerable time. The approval workflows are also extremely easy to configure and use. Instead of chasing approvals through email or manually tracking where something stands, requests are automatically routed to the appropriate people. That makes the process faster, more transparent, and much easier to manage. Overall, Procurify has reduced processes that once took days or even weeks of manual effort to hours—or eliminated the manual work altogether. The result is lower administrative overhead, fewer errors, faster processing, and a team that can spend its time on higher-value work rather than repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?

The streamlined process of PO request through bill creation.

What do you dislike about the product?

It doesn't add the tax on Amazon orders so I have to enter it manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It handles the A/P process in a simple fashion, leaving me time to work on other projects.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Procurify because it's so simple it feels dumb, which means it's easy to use. I also appreciate how they approve my payments, it works well for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the plugins and integrations in Procurify a bit troublesome. They sometimes appear messy and not as straightforward to integrate as I would like. Specifically, with McMaster, not all integrations work smoothly for me. This aspect could really use some simplification or improvement.

I use Procurify for procuring products, creating purchase orders, and simplifying invoicing, reducing back-and-forth communication and easing the payment approvals.

What do you like best about the product?

Procurify allows users to quickly submit purchase orders or expenses in an efficient way. In particular, we’ve found several features to be especially useful, including the ability to crop screenshots in-app so only the relevant receipt information is included, and to track expenses through mileage tracking rather than relying on users to convert their own numbers.

The app is intuitive and enables users to troubleshoot on their own without needing support. It’s also quick and responsive, which helps users complete workflows efficiently. When searching for GL or account codes, the app makes it easy to view the rows, giving the person submitting the order helpful added context.

This app has been used by both staff and volunteers who are claiming expenses and making orders, and it has integrated smoothly across the organization.

From a pricing and ROI standpoint, the cost appears appropriate for the scope of work we use it for. The value comes largely from having purchasing and expense processes centralized in one platform, while reducing the amount of manual administration required from users and staff. From an end-user perspective, the strongest aspects are its usability, reliability, and ability to make routine expense and purchasing tasks straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are a few minor technical improvements that could make the experience more polished, although none have significantly affected our day-to-day use. For example, there are occasional instances where the Submit button needs to be clicked twice before an expense or purchase request is processed.

A more meaningful improvement would be stronger draft management. The ability to create, clearly save, and return to multiple drafts would be useful when working on several purchase orders or expenses across different departments at the same time. This would make it easier to manage work in progress without having to complete each submission sequentially.

Overall, these are relatively minor usability improvements rather than major limitations, but both would make an already efficient workflow more flexible and reliable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Procurify, expense and purchasing activity across a large network of staff and volunteers would have required much more manual tracking, follow-up, and administrative coordination. Procurify centralizes that process, allowing users to submit expenses and purchase requests through a consistent workflow while giving staff a clearer way to manage them.

The biggest benefit is the amount of administrative time it saves. Instead of relying on emails, spreadsheets, separate receipts, and manual compilation, the relevant information is captured in one system. Given the number of users involved, the cumulative time and resource savings are substantial, even if difficult to quantify precisely.

It also improves consistency and accountability by standardizing submissions, supporting documentation, and coding information. This reduces back-and-forth communication, lowers the likelihood of missing information, and makes a high volume of expenses and purchase requests much easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?

It allows multiple managers to view budgets in real time. Amazon Punchout also lets all users place orders and helps streamline the invoicing process.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s expensive to add super-users who need access to view the budget. On the accounting side, it also isn’t very flexible when errors come up and need to be corrected. The vendor feed between Procurify and Quickbooks feels time-consuming and clunky to work with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It doesn’t really solve the problems we need it to. The software is usable, but for an organization our size, it isn’t ideal given the cost.

What do you like best about the product?

I really find Procurify useful for streamlining both finding and purchasing due to its simplicity, which is great for someone like me who is not very tech-proficient. I like that it integrates multiple suppliers into one portal, making the procurement process much easier and more organized. Procurify also handles the IPOS for me, which is fantastic because I receive many emails and invoices daily, so it's one less thing I need to keep track of. Additionally, the initial setup of Procurify was very smooth, which I appreciated.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes I have trouble understanding order statuses, which might be because I'm not the most tech-savvy. There have also been a few times when I went through the order process and forgot to hit submit. A feature like a cart reminder would be really helpful to make sure I complete my orders.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procurify streamlines purchasing and integrates multiple suppliers, which is great for someone like me who's not tech-savvy. It handles IPOS and reduces emails, making procurement less stressful.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that with Procurify, finding the items I need is much easier than with the other site I used. It's great that I don't have to spell the entire item name; several suggestions pop up, and they're often exactly what I want. The initial setup was also very easy for me, like ABCs. I'm confident enough in it that I would recommend Procurify to others, giving it a 10 out of 10 for sure.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Procurify to find and order office and medical supplies effortlessly. It simplifies the process with its intuitive search feature, offering suggestions even before I finish typing. This ease of use makes switching from DSSI worthwhile.

What do you like best about the product?

Procurify is very user-friendly. Very organized. I love that. This makes my job so much easier and more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the thing that could be a little bit more user-friendly the only thing I really noticed was closing a fund. It should be more accessible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procurify makes it so easy to request funds request orders probably one of the easiest programs I use at work.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Procurify very user-friendly, especially since it makes it easy to track expenses. The search and tracking features are a great help in finding previously submitted expenses and accessing the required information. I also like that I can see the details of expenses with attachments all at once. The initial setup was good too.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find it frustrating that I can't edit the department directly in Procurify and have to duplicate expenses, which can lead to duplicate charges and makes the process less efficient. It's also inconvenient that I don't have full access to track all expenses, especially if someone else is added as an approver. This means I have to ask for information from the designated person, which isn't ideal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procurify helps me reconcile and approve credit card expenses efficiently with its user-friendly search and tracking features, although editing departments requires duplications.
