What do you like best about the product?

Ordering is easy. The way it links us to the supplier portal is really efficient. I also love how it goes seamlessly back and forth between Amazon and the school personnel who give final approval. Sign in is also easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

Last year, I would have said I disliked how the ordering process never seemed to result in me getting my supplies. As it turns out, that was user error. With a little training, the process has been rendered quick and easy. I'm not a fan of having to put in a series of codes for each separate purchase, but I'm sure that these steps are required for good reason.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

By taking me seamlessly to Amazon and back, the ordering and approval process is a thing of beauty. Not only because the ordering process is easy. It also seems to expedite receiving the products themselves.

What do you like best about the product?

I love how Procurify gets what's needed to the right person instantly, and they can view it at work or on the go with the app on the phone. The communication back and forth on quantity, delivery dates, and everything is transparent. It allows the person in charge of approval to see price points, urgency, and also a record of all orders. The prices flow great to me. One of my favorite features is seeing order history and saved order bundles to replicate week to week. The initial setup was easy after three orders, and it has been a big upgrade for my team.

What do you dislike about the product?

The process of getting items entered into the system and not having to go through generic items would be a great improvement. Although the process of entering generic items for orders is really not too bad, I found it quick and easy nonetheless. Another thing is that receiving doesn't always mark that it has been delivered. I wish there was a way for purchasing to input a tracking number to update automatically, if it's not already a feature we're just not utilizing.

I use Procurify to get needed items to the right person instantly. I can view them via the phone app, ensure transparent communication about quantities and delivery dates, and as an approval personnel, I easily see price urgency and order records.

EASE OF UPLOADING QUOTES AND INVOICES VIA THE AI FEATURE

What do you dislike about the product?

NOT BEING ABLE TO UPLOAD MATERIAL LISTS THAT ARE HANDWRITTEN, MAYBE NOT SOMETHING THAT IS EFFICIENT BUT WOULD BE GREAT

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

ITEMIZING, ORGANIZING, AND MAKING IT EASY TO SEND INVOICES AND PROCESS THEM ACCORDINGLY. UPLOADING FORMS AS WELL AS MENTIONED BEFORE, QUOTES AND INVOICES.

What do you like best about the product?

It does the same work our purchasing team previously needed two separate programs to handle.

What do you dislike about the product?

The process to determine the correct cost codes to apply to input information can be cumbersom. I think this is more of an internal issue than a program one.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to see if someone is holding up the PO approval process.

Very simple and intuitive user interface. Simplifies the process for reviewing and approving invoices. I don't know the cost so can't comment on this I don't know the cost so can't comment on this

What do you dislike about the product?

I have not run into any issues yet with Procurify

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reducing the time and manual aspects of invoice approvals which were very time consuming in the past when I was using D365 at a past company, which was really challenging to navigate.

The UI/UX is very easy to use and it is very convenient to check the history order and pending order.

What do you dislike about the product?

AI/Intelligence is not strong, I hope that some AI feature can be added to accelerate the process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I didn't notice any changes that have made major advantages to my applications.

As an educator, I really appreciate the format and the clarity of the process. It makes reimbursements and classroom orders fast, straightforward, and convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes uploading receipts on the desktop can feel difficult, and there’s some redundancy because I end up entering the same information twice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procurify solves our challenge of managing a massive volume of classroom orders and teachers’ supplies, and it helps our multi-campus schools stay on the same page with organization.

The supplier portal makes the ordering process very convenient.

A lot of the information could be filled in automatically, but right now we have to enter it manually and repeatedly.

Sometime the mobile version glitches and have to use desktop

I use Procurify for purchases, and I like that it allows me to focus on other important tasks. The interface is great and the extra features streamline the entire purchasing process. Transitioning from Birchstreet, I appreciate the faster streamline it provides. The initial setup was also pretty easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sales tax should be calculated on the total amount including shipping cost. When you purchase something that costs $50 plus $10 shipping, tax is only calculated on $50 and not on $60.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procurify streamlines the entire purchasing process, allowing me to focus on other important tasks.
