Procurify Makes Workflow easy, organized, and Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
what i like best about procurify is how easy, organized and straight foward your workflow becomes when using it

there is nothing i found wrong when using procurify

procurify helps me save time when closing P.O s and filing documents from external companies and carriers
Intuitive Yet Powerful Procurement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procurify is relatively intuitive but also powerful once you get used to it. I appreciate the decent integration it offers without APIs, thanks to CSV uploads and complementary Excel sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that sometimes the procurement offices can see stuff we can’t and assume we can see it. The app could be more intuitive for checking in partial pieces of specific items; once you realize how to do it, it works though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify provides a clear source of truth for everyone, helping us manage internal and external orders effectively, especially for international exports and domestic procurement.
Effortless Procurement, Streamlined and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I find Procurify easy to operate with no fuss. It's great that I can order whatever I need from one system that acts as a conglomerate for others, allowing me to collate what is needed from many websites and order them in a single transaction. Access to Procurify for all staff makes managing orders easier from the top. I highly recommend Procurify all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no problems at present, but I do have an idea. Sometimes I order the same recurring products, maybe a heads-up on special offers and sales on substitute products?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procurify to order what I need from one system. It's easy to operate, allowing me to collate items from many sites into one transaction, improving management and access for everyone involved.
Fast, Efficient Procurement with Seamless Approval Process
What do you like best about the product?
I use Procurify for ordering my lab supplies at Carnegie Science, and it allows us to order lab supplies easily and get approval from various people along the way. I like how fast it is, especially compared to other procurement software I've used. It easily allows multiple levels of permissions, which is really helpful. When I'm ordering supplies, I don't want to type in a bunch of boxes, so I appreciate that Procurify auto-populates based on the product link and my past orders. Additionally, my PI is able to approve or deny orders, which works great. The initial setup was very easy, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procurify to order lab supplies easily and get approval from various people. It auto populates based on product links and past orders, making the process faster. The multiple permission levels and easy approvals enhance efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Procurify because it makes it easy to purchase supplies for my students. I really like that I get my own Procurify card, which I can use when I'm out and about. If I see something that I need for my classroom, it makes it simple to pick it up. Each professional has their own Procurify card with budgeted money for supplies, which is really helpful. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to wait for approval in order to use the card.

Procurify makes it easy to purchase supplies for my students, and having my own card simplifies acquiring needed items on the go.

I like the AI-powered data capture from vendor quotes, as it automatically extracts details to speed up purchase requests. Procurify also clears up confusion over purchase ownership by clearly assigning responsibility for every request and order. The user-friendly request creation is something I appreciate because employees can submit requests without needing finance knowledge. I also find the custom KPI dashboard for executives valuable as it provides a tailored view for leadership-level decision-making. Additionally, the initial setup was fast.

Straightforward Setup, Needs Slight Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Procurify for purchasing items through Amazon using the punch-out method. I also like its role in our college for getting estimates for repairs and purchases like ultrasound machines. One thing I value is the ability to go through the approval process. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and I didn't encounter any challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes items that were approved in Procurify but later canceled by Amazon still linger on my account. It doesn’t really ruin my experience, but they’ve been sitting there for a long time. There’s no real reason for them to remain, since the order was canceled and a refund was issued through Amazon. Having to go back to the approver to get it cleared out feels like an unnecessary extra step.

I use Procurify for purchasing items through Amazon and getting estimates for repairs and purchases. It streamlines the approval process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use Procurify from both my phone and computer, which is really helpful because it's busy where I work, and being able to get to the to-do list is great. I also appreciate the time and efficiency it brings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to find documents or tracking where the payment is coming from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify holds the most recent contracts and shows if invoices are submitted, helping when vendors inquire about payments. I can access it from my phone and computer, which is great for my busy work environment, improving time and efficiency.
Smooth Supply Ordering with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that once I sign in, it directs me to the site I would like to go to and once I have completed my order on the site, it redirects me to Procurify to complete the last steps for my order. It's useful because, in the past, I would create an order form, but Procurify now acts as the middleman. It helps me create a list of the items, takes me to the site, and allows my Supervisor to know the items and approve them without needing to send emails or messages. The site has been user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, the only thing I may have struggled with is making sure I label the items correctly. At times it can be challenging putting the things you are ordering under a category.

I use Procurify as the middleman that helps me create a list of items, directs me to the right site, and lets my supervisor know and approve items without extra emails or messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Procurify makes ordering simple, which is really helpful. I appreciate the ease of the platform overall. I like that it corresponds with Amazon in an efficient way. The initial setup was simple, as I was guided through the process by our facilities manager.

Sometimes I forget to hit submit, which has caused issues, so maybe a way to remind us to submit
