What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Procurify for its ease of use, both on the mobile app and the desktop version. The way these platforms integrate with each other makes using the software quite seamless, which is incredibly beneficial for our purchasing processes. The intuitive interface helps streamline our workflow, improving overall efficiency in handling purchases. Additionally, the setup of Procurify for our company was straightforward and not overly complicated. This positive experience makes me highly likely to recommend Procurify to others, as reflected by my rating of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find searching for older purchases on the Procurify app challenging.

I like that with Procurify, we are able to gain visibility on our spending and it ensures easy and it streamlines our procure-to pay processes.
With the tool, we enjoy automated approvals as well as purchasing and this helps curb the risk of uncontrolled spending.
With the tool, it is always easy to track purchases and ensures they align with company set budgets for the same.
I like how effectively Procurify streamlines our procurement processes and this includes sending requests, getting approvals, and getting the good and services. This ensures transparency too.
Since everything is digitized, it is always easy to get insights that helps in making decisions.
The tool effortlessly integrates with other accounting systems for better user experience.

Procurify has met the need. It is customizable and has definitely worked without fail.

We use Procurify for handling our procurement and purchasing needs and it has all the great features. In addition, I like the ease of managing business spend thanks to the spend management features available with the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procurify is how it brings structure and visibility to purchasing. The approval workflows, real-time budget tracking, and spend visibility make it easy to control costs across multiple projects without slowing down field operations. I especially appreciate how intuitive it is for both office and field teams—people can request materials, get approvals, and reconcile purchases all in one system. It really cuts down on miscommunication between procurement, accounting, and project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Procurify is that while it’s great for visibility and control, the approval and receipt processes can feel a bit rigid when managing fast-moving field projects. Sometimes small purchases or urgent site needs get delayed because of multi-step approvals or limited offline functionality. I’d also like to see smoother integration with accounting systems and more flexibility in customizing categories or cost codes to match our internal project structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify has helped streamline and standardize our purchasing process across multiple projects and locations. Before, we struggled with inconsistent approvals, limited visibility on budgets, and delays in reconciling field purchases. Now, every request, approval, and expense ties directly to the right cost code and project, giving us real-time insight into what’s being spent and where. That’s helped us reduce overspending, improve accountability, and keep procurement aligned with project schedules. It also saves a huge amount of time compared to chasing paper POs or manual spreadsheets.

Ease of use, friendly interface. I never have any problems with ordering, the selection is perfect and IF I have questions, they are answered quickly

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Procurify has greatly simplified our purchase order routing process. Instead of relying on email, we now have a centralized, efficient platform for requests and approvals. The streamlined receiving process is another standout feature; users can immediately receive items using their smartphones, which has made our workflow much smoother. I also appreciate how well the web and app experiences align, allowing me to view and search for purchase orders just as seamlessly on my phone as on my computer. Procurify's user-friendly design makes navigating the process straightforward with minimal training required, which was evident during the initial setup. Moreover, I'd confidently rate it a 10 for recommendation, indicating my overall satisfaction with its performance and utility.

I have nothing negative at the moment.

I use Procurify to streamline purchase order requests, centralize approval processes, and simplify item receiving using smartphones, greatly enhancing efficiency compared to prior email-based methods.
Does what it is supposed to do.
What do you like best about the product?
All purchasing information in one easy to navigate place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to use as a database of commonly ordered items. However, our company will not add useful fields like "category", "size" or "type". We have "Product Catalog" enabled but without better ways if filtering, it's just one big list of items and completely useless.

Excellent Workflow & Spend Tracking, but Account Executives can be difficult to connect with.
What do you like best about the product?
Creates unique approval work flows, tracks spending, allows for clarity in spending and helps consolidate information and data to a central area. Support through the web based application has been very good with both AI and agents providing useful information in a timely manner. Uptime has also been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account manager support can be challenging to arrange appointments for, and if you are looking for anything non-standard (data imports outside of their parameters) it can be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously never had any tracking or record of outstanding purchase orders. PO numbers were given from a sequential pad of paper and hand written. We had no centralized tracking of these pads of paper, approval workflow, or authorization to issue PO's. Most concerning was that we never knew at any time how much money we had committed in outstanding PO's. In addition, we are able to search the historical data in Procurify when we are trying to find a part, piece, etc., to reorder.
