The webstore is designed to be used by multiple internal and external stakeholders including: Procurement Billing Debtors Creditors Product Management Vendor Management Sales
All levels of Epsidon Cloud including the Webstores are able to be customized with white-label logos and dedicated CSS designs. This includes multi-currency, multi-language, multi-tax and multiple payment methods including purchases on account or via credit card.
Webstores can use the epsidoncloud.com subdomain or alternatively the webstore owner's own domain.
The enterprise marketplace is a direct, indirect and support channel for digital and face to face sales. Epsidon Cloud drives an overall reduction in the cost of customer acquisition and the actual cost of sales as well as driving increased ARPU and via cross selling.
Online Sales Epsidon Cloud provides a single online location where enterprise customers can go, view the various products and services that we have and purchase them. The structure of Epsidon Cloud ensures that webstores can select or onboard a central or localised catalogue of service providers and bundle them according to local requirements with current offerings.
Customers can go online and buy, self-provision and manage their own converged offerings.
Provisioning & Billing Back-end processes and systems are integrated and automated . The webstore is able to launch targeted products and services. This includes automated provisioning and communication with buyers.
