You pay by the hour for running WebERP, with the rate tied to the EC2 instance type you choose. The 21 options are not feature tiers. They are different AWS instance sizes, each with its own mix of compute, memory, and processing power. Burstable types (t2, t3) suit variable workloads. Compute-optimized (c3, c4, c5), memory-optimized (r3, r4, r5), and general-purpose (m3, m4, m5) types serve heavier or steady demands. Larger instances cost more per hour. You stop paying when you stop the instance. Software support from the vendor is included across all options.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one hour of billing actually cover for each instance type?
One hour covers one running instance of the chosen EC2 size. That size sets your compute cores, memory, and processing capacity. The software license meters only the time the instance runs. Burstable types like t2 and t3 differ from compute, memory, and general-purpose types in their resource mix.
Am I charged when my instance is stopped or paused?
The software charge meters running hours only. When you stop the instance, the hourly software fee stops accruing. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but those are separate from this listing's per-hour software rate.
What is included beyond the software, and what am I responsible for?
Vendor software support is included across all instance options. You run the application on your own AWS account, so you manage the instance and its underlying AWS infrastructure charges. If you use outside products alongside the service, you handle those providers' terms and support yourself.
