Overview
Consensus Salutis Clinical AI Readiness Assessment is a self-service application for healthcare organizations that need an objective, structured view of how prepared they are to put clinical artificial intelligence into production.
Users complete a structured assessment inside the application across six dimensions: clinical data foundation, interoperability, regulatory and compliance posture, cloud and security maturity, clinical governance and change readiness, and use case definition. The application scores each dimension automatically against a weighted model and generates a readiness report.
The report includes an overall readiness score and maturity band; a dimension-by-dimension breakdown with comparative context for hospital groups and public health services; the highest-impact gaps, each paired with a concrete remediation step; and a shortlist of clinical AI use cases ranked by feasibility given the organization's current state.
Reports are generated and displayed inside the application and retained in the account dashboard, where users can review them at any time.
Built for private hospital groups and hospital networks, public health services, insurers with care delivery operations, diagnostic and imaging providers, and clinical research organizations. The assessment model reflects European regulatory context, including GDPR, EU AI Act risk classification, the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS), and the European Health Data Space. The application is available in Spanish and English.
No patient data and no protected health information is required or accepted at any point. The assessment operates exclusively on organizational, technical and governance information provided by the user.
