Consensus is the buyer intelligence and demo automation platform for B2B revenue teams. It turns demos into scalable product experiences buyers can explore 24/7, and converts every interaction into zero-party intent data your teams can act on.
Account executives close deals faster with buyer engagement signals flowing directly into Salesforce and HubSpot. Presales teams stop wasting cycles on unqualified demos. Marketing proves pipeline contribution from interactive tours embedded in campaigns. Customer success drives expansion without adding headcount. Sales enablement deploys AI agents to close rep readiness gaps at scale.
Consensus connects to your GTM stack via MCP (Model Context Protocol) and native integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft, Slack, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Marketo, Seismic, and Highspot. Headless, API-first architecture means it works wherever your teams work.
2x close rates. 34% shorter sales cycles. 40% presales capacity increase.
The Buyer Intelligence Platform for Modern GTM Teams
83% of the B2B buying journey happens before a buyer ever talks to a seller. Consensus is built for that reality.
Buyers today are self-directed. They research independently with AI, share content internally, and form opinions before anyone on your team knows they exist. By the time they request a demo, they've already been evaluating for weeks. Buyers today are self-directed. They research independently with AI, share content internally, and form opinions before anyone on your team knows they exist. By the time they request a demo, they've often been evaluating for weeks. Traditional demos haven't evolved with today's buyers.
Consensus was built for this new buying reality.
What Consensus Does
Consensus transforms demos into intelligent product experiences buyers can explore on their own terms. Interactive self-guided tours, personalized video demos, and AI-guided demo experiences run 24/7. Every interaction generates zero-party intent data: exactly what buyers watched, clicked, asked, and forwarded. Not inferred from a website visit. Not scraped from a third-party aggregator. Captured directly, in the buyers own voice, tied to specific product moments.
That intelligence flows to every team in your GTM motion in real time, in the tools they already use.
Built for every team in your revenue motion
Account Executives use Consensus to maintain deal momentum between meetings. Send personalized demo content, surface hidden buying committee stakeholders automatically, and walk into every call knowing what the buyer actually cared about. Customers see 2x close rates and 30% faster sales cycles.
Presales and Solutions Engineers stop spending hours prepping demos for deals that aren't ready. Consensus qualifies buyers through self-guided experiences before the first live demo request hits the queue. SEs engage on the deals worth their time.
Marketing teams embed interactive product tours on landing pages, outbound sequences, and campaigns, then track engagement to the penny. Demo content becomes a measurable pipeline source, not a black box. A top 20 SaaS company reported automated demos as their 4th best-performing marketing asset globally.
Customer success teams use DemoBoards built in presales as CS handoff tools. SE-created product tours drive self-service onboarding and adoption without proportional headcount growth. Customers achieve 100%+ NRR.
Sales enablement leaders deploy the Consensus Enablement Agent to train reps, onboard new hires, and surface the right content at the right moment without a manager in the loop. Close the readiness gap faster, at scale.
MCP-Native. Headless. Fully Connected.
Consensus uses Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect buyer intelligence across your entire GTM stack. Demo signals, CRM context, and buyer behavior speak the same language in real time. Native integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft, Slack, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Marketo, Seismic, and Highspot. Bi-directional CRM sync means buyer intelligence flows out as fast as deal context flows in.
The headless, API-first architecture enables custom deployments at enterprise scale embedded into any workflow, agent, or platform your teams are building.
Zero-Party Buyer Intent
Competitors rely on scraped third-party signals, intent data inferred from website visits. Consensus generates zero-party intent: exactly what buyers said in their own voice, what they watched and for how long, what they clicked and asked. This data cannot be purchased, replicated, or approximated.
The more teams use Consensus, the richer the intelligence gets. The richer the intelligence, the better every agent, every recommendation, and every buyer interaction becomes. That compounding loop has no natural ceiling.
Highlights
Buyer-led selling. Consensus lets buyers explore product demos, videos, and interactive experiences on their own schedule, without waiting for a scheduled call.
Deep buyer intelligence. Consensus generates buyer intelligence from every demo interaction. Engagement data - including views from stakeholders who received the demo secondhand - is captured automatically, giving revenue teams visibility into buying group activity without manual tracking. The platform then uses that data to recommend what to do next, enabling sellers to make smarter decisions, faster.
Live experiences that don't break. Your demo is only as good as your data.
Automatically generate real, story-driven data inside your product, so every demo reflects the buyers world without hours of manual prep.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What features separate the Starter, Pro, and Enterprise tiers?
Starter includes video demos, product tours, and AI Content Studio Lite for marketing conversion. Pro adds sales personalization, sales analytics like heatmaps, and AI video minutes. Enterprise adds product simulations, custom reports, SSO support, global admin control, and dedicated support for complex, global workflows.
How does the usage dimension combine with my chosen plan tier?
You pay for your selected tier plus any usage-based costs on top. The tier covers included platform capabilities. The usage dimension bills separately for consumption. Both appear on the same annual contract. For most buyers, the tier drives the base cost while usage varies with activity.
Is Consensus billed monthly or through an annual commitment?
Consensus is sold as an annual contract. The Starter and Pro tiers carry set pricing, while Enterprise uses custom pricing through a Private Offer. Usage costs are billed on top of your selected tier. You commit for the year rather than paying month to month.

I really like how easy Consensus is to use. I also value the demo boards feature because it's an easy way to get customers exactly the portions of demos that they need. The ability to track engagement levels when sending videos is also helpful. It helps to quickly gauge engagements and get necessary demos in front of prospects and current customers during the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find navigation can be a little tricky to start things off, but once I got the hang of it, it's easy to navigate. There are just a lot of different areas and different types of demos to understand getting started with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consensus helps drive engagement during the sales cycle and allows us to quickly get demos in front of prospects and customers, keeping them engaged without needing to schedule live calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Consensus for recording videos, and I really appreciate its ease of use. It's straightforward to create a video, and editing out lag time is quick, which saves a lot of time. I also like the ability to highlight specific sections of the screen, which makes our videos more direct. Having usage tracking and statistics on who views our videos is really helpful, as it allows us to target communications more effectively during the sales cycle. Setting up Consensus was simple, thanks to the clear setup done by my team member. Being able to share and reuse videos across our sales organization has greatly improved efficiency, as we no longer need to create new content for each request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered anything that I dislike in my use of Consensus so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consensus helps me quickly provide information to end users and prospects without full demonstrations. It's easy to use and allows tracking of who views the videos, making communication more targeted. Editing features let me create engaging, direct videos fast.

Personalized Demos, Insightful Metrics

What do you like best about the product?
I use Consensus for selecting demos for a potential client, and it's brilliant because it allows me to customize choices for them, and they can further refine what's been done, really personalizing the experience. It solves the time needed for high-level discussions without going into nuance detail, letting clients go into details on their own by looking at selected videos. It saves me time and gives the client what they need. I love that they can watch the videos as many times as they want, and when the client watches the video, I get metrics to know what parts they're really engaged in, which is very helpful. I like when the client gets a list of videos, they can actually choose which parts are important to them and at what level. That's my favorite part, and getting metrics on what they've watched is very helpful. The onboarding was very smooth and easy, with instructional videos that provided just-in-time learning, offering a client's point of view as part of the training, which is clever and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating my own videos with Consensus doesn't work well for me. I realize I need to take more time and care to make them polished, which is something I can't afford. I wish Consensus could help me create more polished videos. However, it's easy to use for making quick videos for demos not found in the library, so it's not a deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Consensus to customize demos, which saves me time by avoiding detailed discussions. It provides clients personalized experiences and lets them view content repeatedly. It also offers metrics, highlighting client interest and engagement to tailor further discussions.

Quickly Turns Product Knowledge into Shareable Bluebeam Demos
Reviewed on Aug 12, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly it helps me turn product knowledge into practical, shareable content. As a TSE, I use it to put together quick, rapid-fire Bluebeam demos that clearly highlight the value of a feature or workflow. I then share those demos with inside sales reps so they have concise, useful material to support customer conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a bit clunky at times, requiring a lot of navigation just to access a specific demo or preview a form. Trupeer is also effectively non-functional for the Australian market, as the AI voice packages consistently revert from an AU accent to a southern US accent when reading the script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the need for TSEs to be present for every demo engagement, which frees up time to prioritize bigger deals. At the same time, it provides coverage for smaller deals that we might not normally be involved in.

Essential for Streamlined Internal Sales with Real-Time Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use that Consensus offers. It takes me maybe two minutes to make a demo board for a customer, and it's extremely easy to send them a link. The platform is user-friendly, allowing clients to easily access and use it since their name is already there when they click on the link. I also appreciate the analytics I get from all the demo boards I send out. The real-time email notifications when someone has started to view one of my demo boards are really valuable as they give me a good indication of the health of that specific opportunity or deal. These features help me differentiate between those who are genuinely interested and those who are just curious.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be an improvement in allowing multiple demo boards to be strung together, which would be helpful for selling a suite of products that are interconnected. It would be great to have a subset of videos that highlight integrations between different software pieces to better demonstrate how they work together. Setting up the initial demo with Consensus required quite a bit of effort due to the amount of demo content and video collateral needed to make it usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consensus helps me engage stakeholders without lengthy demos, presenting necessary info quickly. It's user-friendly, saving time on demo setup, and provides analytics to gauge interest levels.
