Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you're able to log in anywhere at any time and check for the faxes. It's better than having the actual fax machine in the office that you have to go to wait for the fax to come in. The electronic fax is convenient and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending a fax, sometimes it takes a while to confirm that it actually went through. It'll say fax sent, but the confirmation that I'm able to view takes a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eFax Online Fax Service solves communication issues with secure faxing, especially for patient care. It aids in tracking and managing information. Logging in to check faxes anytime, anywhere, is convenient and easier than using a physical fax machine.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate eFax Online Fax Service for its very quick and easy online fax capabilities. It's very user-friendly, making it straightforward to use, and I get quick notifications which is a big plus for me. The initial setup was very easy, which was a relief after switching from Morse faxing, which had a lot of issues and wasn't user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and can be accessed from any device. It's not dependent on a location, only need internet to access your faxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slow to load; going back to messages on the main page can take a moment but overall it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have a dedicated landline for our business so eFax solves the problem of faxing the old-fashioned way; instead we can send and receive faxes from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I find eFax Online Fax Service significantly faster than traditional faxing, and I love that it saves paper. The service is super user-friendly, with fast sending and receiving times, and it's well-priced. The initial setup was super easy, and once I figured out how to set up the notifications to my email, it made using eFax so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the notifications to my email wasn't straightforward initially. Also, I think when logging in it should take you directly to your message inbox instead of the send fax screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eFax Online Fax Service is significantly faster than traditional faxing and saves paper. I love its user-friendly interface, fast sending and receiving times, and reasonable pricing.
