The service is simple and straightforward, which is something I value since I dislike complicated user interfaces. The price is good, making it an economical choice. I've had no complaints and have already recommended it to others.

I use eFax Online Fax Service because it's HIPAA compliant, letting me securely receive referrals, medical records, and prescriptions. It's online, making it easy to access and store faxes. It's also economical and simple to use, meeting my business needs effectively.

What do you like best about the product?

I like using eFax Online Fax Service because it solves the problem of some agencies still needing documents faxed when no one has traditional faxes anymore. It's nice that we always have a record of what has been sent out and that it was received. If someone says they did not receive it, we have proof of it being sent. It's a great tool for us, especially since many tax agencies lose paperwork. The ability to prove that documents were sent and sent on time eliminates issues for us. It's also very easy to use, with no initial setup issues, and it works great without any complaints. I also appreciate that we can use it on our phones.

I like that it has a decent web portal and everything can be done online. It works reliably, and I can send fax via the portal, which is great. The initial setup was easy and fast.

I was not able to send large files via the "File Share" - it doesn't seem to work.

I use eFax Online Fax Service to send fax messages conveniently when needed. It has a decent web portal, reliable online functionality, and allows me to reach addressees easily.

What do you like best about the product?

Old fax machines are so hit or miss, this service is so easy to use and it is all right on your computer, where you were doing the work anyway. It's very affordable. I have never had a fax fail like I would on an old school fax machine. It's just great!

I have not found a single thing that I dislike about this service.

I have found that some companies are using upgraded technology and it was causing some of my faxes to not be sent at all. This is not happening with this service!

eFax is very easy to use. It’s always clear when I’ve received a fax and when I’ve sent one, and I also get email confirmation for both, which is great. Having the option to log in through the browser, along with receiving faxes and those confirmations via email, makes the whole process much more effective and straightforward. It is a great service for the price which is very reasonable and affordable. I truly believe it is one of the best programs I have used. eFax is one of the best tools/programs available. It's easy to use and very efficient.

There is nothing that I dislike about eFax. It is great.

I can easily send and receive faxes without having to add an additional phone line or leave my house. I can easily do it straight from my computer even when I travel.

eFax Online Fax Service lets me receive faxes without a physical fax machine or office. I love its simplicity and that I can handle everything from my phone, which is HIPAA compliant, so I don't need my laptop.

I like the understandability of the UI and ease of integrations. Performance is a bit slow but gets the job done. I'm not sure about the pricing, it's quite high for a product that only provides "fax". I've never used the support feature because I don't like AI.

Very slow at times, and there's no need to have AI integrated. I don't like AI.

I use eFax Online Fax Service to communicate with different health care providers, which is extremely helpful as a therapist. eFax solves the communication problem compared to traditional fax machines because it's very efficient, letting me know clearly if the fax is sent without any wondering. I like the reliability because it's convenient, sending notifications to my eFax account and email for incoming faxes. Compared to a traditional fax machine, eFax's reliability is 10 out of 10, so I'm confident the fax has gone through. The convenience of not having to check if a fax was sent saves me time, as I know every fax went through when eFax confirms it. The value is wonderful at $20 a month, guaranteeing sent faxes are received and I get notified in two ways. eFax is super easy to set up and anyone with minimal computer knowledge can create an account by signing up with an email and password. I highly recommend eFax service anytime, especially for providers struggling with sending or receiving faxes.
