What do you like best about the product?

I use eFax Online Fax Service to communicate with different health care providers, which is extremely helpful as a therapist. eFax solves the communication problem compared to traditional fax machines because it's very efficient, letting me know clearly if the fax is sent without any wondering. I like the reliability because it's convenient, sending notifications to my eFax account and email for incoming faxes. Compared to a traditional fax machine, eFax's reliability is 10 out of 10, so I'm confident the fax has gone through. The convenience of not having to check if a fax was sent saves me time, as I know every fax went through when eFax confirms it. The value is wonderful at $20 a month, guaranteeing sent faxes are received and I get notified in two ways. eFax is super easy to set up and anyone with minimal computer knowledge can create an account by signing up with an email and password. I highly recommend eFax service anytime, especially for providers struggling with sending or receiving faxes.

I like the option to send faxes via email using eFax Online Fax Service. It's has a user-friendly interface that's easy to navigate. I also appreciate the security features and overall ease of use it offers. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the transition from Fax Zero to eFax made handling faxes much simpler.

I find it takes a while for the fax to appear in my sent items after being sent. It doesn't show up right away.

What do you like best about the product?

eFax is a minimalist, no-nonsense platform for sending faxes when required, whether for business, PHI, or personal use. I have used it frequently for transmitting forms while keeping sensitive information separate from my email when possible. The UI makes it simple to add a file, cover letter, and basic contact information for form transmission. The eFax app integrates well with several workflows requiring receiving forms and transmitting them after completion. When forms are sent via mail, efax makes it possible to send over PDFs that were freshly scanned via Google Drive. I haven't experienced any major issues regarding speed, and feedback from the app is responsive. $9.99 is reasonable for an app that provides faxing services. The application interface is straightforward enough that minimal support is needed to send faxes when required, only requiring an email addres and a valid credit card before a fax can be sent. Given the heavy emphasis on AI in today's tech, I believe that it is a benefit that AI isn't heavily integrated within eFax services.

What do you dislike about the product?

Periodically, it is slightly difficult to determine what may have failed in a request transmission, or when a fax is pending, specifically what was written. I believe that having some degree of persistent feedback in fax transmission could ease this potential pain point. AI could potentially be implemented with a minimal footprint to determine whether two fax messages are sufficiently similar to warrant notifying the user before transmission while the other is pending (as opposed to having never ben sent).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

eFax helps tremendously in the process of medical health form completion, especially those involving time-sensitive content. After logging on, I can quickly use the UI to transmit a simple message containing the contact, a cover letter for the fax, and the relevant form without significant performance bottlenecks.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is to send faxes online—it only takes me a few seconds from scanning the documents to sending them to any number I need. I also find it simple to delete faxes from my inbox, since the UI is very intuitive. Overall, it has saved me hours compared with our old fax machine, where I had to scan pages one by one. We have integrated this into our daily use to attend to customer demands and for the price we haven't found any reason to complain. Support is also readily available whenever we need it.

I dislike the feature that requires me to type in contact information for a fax number as it is not always to a person but sometimes to a company where there is no name to address it to.

It is solving the problem that there is now a lack of telephone lines across the US making traditional fax machines less useful and requiring people to adapt to newer technology

Sometimes the log in screen can be laggy, but for the most part I have no complaints.

From a performance standpoint, fax transmission is generally fast and dependable, with delivery confirmations and a searchable archive that make it easy to track important documents.

Compared to maintaining traditional fax machines, phone lines, paper, and toner, eFax offers a good return on investment by reducing operating costs while providing the convenience of secure digital document management.

The onboarding process is straightforward, and customer support resources—including online documentation and support channels—help users get started quickly and resolve issues when they arise.

Finally, eFax has begun incorporating AI-powered features, such as intelligent document handling, OCR (optical character recognition), and workflow automation, which make it easier to search, organize, and manage faxed documents electronically. These capabilities improve efficiency and reduce the amount of manual work required when processing documents.

What do you dislike about the product?

eFAX allows five email addresses to be used on my account. eFAX has the option to password protect documents when faxes are received. Unfortunately, a personalized password assigned to each email address is not possible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What is solved is that I don't have to rely on places like Office Depot to send faxes on my behalf. I can do everything at my home at 10 PM.

easy to use. and fast.We have been using it for a few yeasrs with no issues. yes!

sometimes it logs you out and sometimes it is hard to log into the right plantform.
