Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit is one running EC2 instance of the type you select, billed per hour. Each launched instance meters its own hours separately. If you run several instances, each accrues the software fee for its own running time. The rate matches the instance type you choose at launch.
The software fee meters running hours only. A stopped or powered-off instance does not accrue the hourly software charge. You may still pay standard AWS fees for attached storage while the instance is stopped, but that is separate from this listing's per-hour software fee.
