LINEN Cloud does not offer refunds once a billing cycle has commenced. All purchases are final upon activation. Refund requests are considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or service unavailability exceeding committed SLA. To request a refund, contact accounts@linen.cloud within 30 days of the charge with your AWS Account ID and transaction details. Requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days.
