LockThreat is an AI-native GRC platform delivering both a system of record for governance, risk, and compliance, and a system of defense for AI. Three layers deliver it: Enterprise GRC, Cyber Compliance, and AI Governance and Security, all from a single data model serving all departments and every role from analyst to board. LockThreat connects with AWS for real-time control monitoring and deploys as SaaS, in a private VPC on AWS, or on-premises when data sovereignty is required. Gartner-recognized as a Disruptor Enterprise GRC Solution and Representative Vendor in Continuous Compliance.
LockThreat is an AI-native Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform that provides enterprises with both a system of record for governance, risk, and compliance and a system of defense for AI, all within a single unified platform.
Traditional GRC platforms help organizations manage policies, controls, risks, and audit evidence. While essential, they do not address the governance and security challenges introduced by AI. AI systems operate on sensitive and regulated organizational data, making AI governance a critical component of enterprise risk and compliance, not just cybersecurity.
LockThreat unifies Enterprise GRC, Cyber Compliance, and AI Governance & Security to help organizations manage compliance, continuously monitor controls, and govern AI across the enterprise.
Key Capabilities
Enterprise GRC: Centralize governance, risk management, compliance, policies, audits, vendor risk, and controls across every business function, including IT, Security, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Facilities, Marketing, and more.
<li><strong>Cyber Compliance:</strong> Continuously monitor cybersecurity controls across AWS and other cloud environments with automated evidence collection and compliance validation.</li>

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing dimension, LockThreat GRC, sold as a contract with a configurable number of units. Pricing is not fixed on the Marketplace. Instead, you work with LockThreat to set terms based on your organization's needs, so the total scales with the scope you require. You buy governance, risk, and compliance capabilities under a single contract. Deployment can be fully managed cloud-based (SaaS), a private VPC for data isolation, or on-premises for data residency requirements. To get a quote and begin, you contact LockThreat directly.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a unit for billing under the LockThreat GRC contract?
A unit is not fixed on the Marketplace. LockThreat scopes units to your organization's needs, which can reflect the departments, functions, or entities covered across governance, risk, and compliance. Because pricing is tailored, you confirm exactly what one unit represents with LockThreat before you commit.
Does the contract cover implementation, migration, and training, or are these billed separately?
The Marketplace lists the software contract only. Version upgrade assistance for older releases requires LockThreat Professional Services. Support excludes end-user training, custom code, and non-managed integrations. Data migration from an existing system is a separate effort. Confirm what falls inside your contract versus billed separately when you set terms.
Does the contract price change if I choose SaaS, private VPC, or on-premises deployment?
All three deployment options fall under one tailored contract. Fully managed cloud (SaaS) suits fast setup. A private VPC addresses data isolation. On-premises supports data residency and sovereignty needs. LockThreat sets your terms based on scope, so discuss how deployment choice affects your quote directly.
