What is our primary use case?
Our main use case for Sprinto involves handling GCP for Bitbucket and MFA-related issues, along with training and MFA-related compliance requirements. We are maintaining over 10 use cases as users must complete compliance training and MFA-related tasks to obtain ISO and SOC 2 certifications.
Sprinto helps with ISO and SOC 2 certifications by maintaining use cases across all our devices. We have configured our computers used in our organization at the user level with desktop names and login information in Sprinto. When a user logs into the system, MFA must be enabled. If it is not enabled, we receive notifications in Sprinto, and we ping the user and send emails to complete MFA setup. When issues reach 900 plus during the ISO audit phase, we continuously follow up with users for completion of all requirements. Once completion is achieved, we obtain the certification from Sprinto.
Our main use cases include MFA related to GCP, Bitbucket MFA, Infosec training, and GCP training.
What is most valuable?
Sprinto offers several valuable features. It provides very good authentication capabilities, and the support team consistently supports us with any requirements we have. They support us anytime we send emails, and any doubts we have are addressed through weekly scheduled calls. They support us from the beginning to the end of the process, and the support team is excellent.
For example, in GCP, when a user enables MFA but it does not display in their system due to configuration issues, we send an email and the support team immediately connects with us to resolve the issue. After that resolution, we have not faced that issue until now, so they support us very well.
Sprinto has positively impacted our organization because we have completed the ISO and SOC 2 renewal for the fourth time and are continuing with the same tool for an extended period.
Specific outcomes and metrics related to ISO and SOC 2 renewals show that Sprinto provides a fast process with excellent support. When we have time, we resolve issues quickly, and they also help us by providing tips to complete ISO and SOC 2 renewals. Sprinto is a very good tool with no need for improvements.
What needs improvement?
There is one area for improvement. We have different tools for DPDP and other certifications related to auditing that we cannot configure in Sprinto. This represents only 1% of our concerns, and everything else is excellent.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Sprinto for nine months at my current company. Previously, at my former company, I used Sprinto for two months. This totals approximately 11 to 12 months of usage.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Sprinto is stable. We have not used any different solution and are only maintaining Sprinto.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Sprinto demonstrates very good scalability. They maintain a quality product and support us in an excellent manner.
How are customer service and support?

Anytime we contact customer support regarding any issue, they are very supportive and immediately respond to our emails and calls. This demonstrates good support from the customer team.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We have not used any different solution and are only maintaining Sprinto.
What was our ROI?
The main benefit is time saved. Several employees have also provided positive feedback on Sprinto.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Regarding pricing, Sprinto offers a very competitive price compared to other tools. The work quality is excellent, and the support is outstanding. They handle everything for setup and licensing after renewal or annually, and they maintain the same price through now. I cannot predict future pricing.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We have not evaluated other options and are currently using Sprinto only.
What other advice do I have?
I will provide positive feedback for using Sprinto because they have excellent customer support and resolve issues in a very short time. They provide support through audit completion.

Automated security checks have reduced audit stress but the interface still needs to be simpler
What is our primary use case?
Sprinto is mainly used in our company to manage security compliance and audit readiness, automating policy tracking so it was installed on everyone's laptop to ensure we follow policy and automate that process.
For a quick specific example of how Sprinto is used in my daily work, it basically stays in the background and automatically checks our laptop devices to ensure we are following the security policies.
When we install Sprinto, we have to acknowledge some policy, and that is what the main use is for Sprinto.
What is most valuable?
The best features Sprinto offers are that it saves time and manual effort, reduces audit preparation stress, and a lot of manual work during audits, which improves our visibility and compliance status and enhances our security.
Sprinto helps maintain security by running in the background, checking the status of our devices, and if there's anything suspicious on our laptop, it automatically informs us to take action.
One more thing to mention about Sprinto's features is that it runs in the background and doesn't use much of our laptop resources, which is a good point.
What needs improvement?
Sprinto is primarily for auditing, security, and compliance, so I don't have much to add on how it can be improved.
It could be more user-friendly. It is user-friendly, but not that much. For a non-user that does not use tools that much, it can be made better.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Sprinto for six to eight months, which is less than the amount of time I have been at my current role, but it was installed after I was already working there. Around six months we have been using it.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Sprinto is very stable because it has been on my laptop for a long time and it basically starts at the startup of the laptop, running checks in the background while you can manually report any issues. I didn't face any issues in this amount of time, so I think it is pretty stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Sprinto is scalable. Right now, we have a very small team, but it can handle a large number of users also.
How are customer service and support?
We have not interacted with customer support for Sprinto.
Customer support is helpful and responsive.
If I had to rate the customer support for Sprinto on a scale of one to ten, I would give it a nine.

We didn't use any other solution before Sprinto. This was the first tool for that.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I'm not aware if we evaluated other options before choosing Sprinto.
What other advice do I have?
For noticeable improvements with Sprinto, I don't have much to add because it is for security policies specifically.
Sprinto deserves a rating of seven out of ten because what it does is very good and it is quite useful. It is very fast and reduces the time. I'm not aware of the pricing, setup cost, and licensing because that is handled by the manager.
