Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Bizone Pilot offers three plans as ascending tiers, all billed per Unit under a contract. Starter fits initial production workflows. Scale suits growing teams managing more workflow portfolios. Enterprise covers organization-wide operations with added governance. As you move up the tiers, you gain more active workflows and seats, broader access controls and integrations, and more frequent brand knowledge research. Enterprise adds unlimited workflows and seats plus organization-level governance features. You pick the tier matching your workflow volume, team size, and governance needs, then scale up as your operation grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Unit for billing across the Starter, Scale, and Enterprise plans?
A Unit represents one plan subscription, not one seat or workflow. Each plan includes a set allowance of active workflows and seats. Starter and Scale cap these allowances, while Enterprise includes unlimited workflows and seats. Seat and workflow limits live within the Unit, so they do not add separate line-item charges.
What happens when my team outgrows the workflow or seat limit in my plan?
You move to the next plan to raise your allowances. Starter includes three active workflows and up to five seats. Scale includes ten active workflows and up to fifteen seats. Enterprise removes these caps entirely. Upgrading to the next Unit tier is how you expand capacity, not adding extra seats within a tier.
Which features differ between plans beyond workflow and seat counts?
Starter includes audit trail, role-based access control, pre-built templates, one monthly brand knowledge research, and standard support. Scale adds a custom workflow builder, broader access controls and integrations, two monthly research runs, and priority support. Enterprise adds single sign-on, a custom data processing agreement, an SLA, four monthly research runs, and onboarding.
